I liked the Staff. The reception staff and the kitchen staff are very helpful and friendly. I really liked the breakfast, pancakes from the automatic pancake machine. Everything is modern, beautiful. There is room temperature control - I really liked it.

I missed the HK staff. The sinkhole in the shower cabin was clogged, and I didn't notice that the HK staff came to clean the apartment. + The toilet paper ran out - HK didn't notice. But the excellent reception staff fixed the problem with the paper. Well, I'll admit and apologize to the reception staff, maybe I was a bit rude myself, because I was surprised about the extra city tax. So I'm a bit unhappy with myself. :) Sory

The employees were incredibly helpful. Spacials thanks to Lapo for his great help with tickets and advises he gave. Great thanks Jacobo for all his help. Maria could speak Russian and that make our communication very easy (as out English is not strong enough). She was very good with clients. We are happy with thier help! Great value for money with very affordable prices, an excellent location, and a wonderfully friendly staff who are always smiling. Highly recommend!

The only issue was the lack of a laundry facility. Since this is a new hostel, having just opened a few days ago, I hope this will be addressed soon. Otherwise, everything else was great, and I look forward to seeing how the hostel continues to improve!

Reception is open 24/7 and with it there is a bar! You can always have a drink with somebody. The staff is amazing, kudos to them.

The room is a bit small, but the whole booking is an amazing cost to benefit ration. The breakfast area can be a little small especially when a big group comes, but it's all to be expected everywhere. Great value for money

Proper room, modern equipment, really close to the trainstation Firenze Campo di Marte, and nice chill/public area. I also appreciated, that there was a separate toilet and shower in the room.

Check-in took a bit longer than usual, but the hostel was/is really new so I guess that's just something that goes with it and that will be better by now or soon :)

Value for money.

On the floor I stayed on, there is a shared metal door opposite the stairs and between the floor hallways, which has a system to close itself, but at a fast speed. Late at night the door was used by excursion students staying at the hotel, closing it abruptly and forcefully, repeatedly causing a loud and disturbing noise.

New and clean. Great and friendly staff!!!

Space is a bit small for four because we always got hit by the frame of bed. I will recommend four people to choose two bunk beds. And also the wall and door is not sound-proof, be sure you have ear plugs.

Location wise very accessible, in front of the hostel is already the train station. Breakfast is enough. You can make your own pancake. There are a variety of cold cuts to choose from.

The value for money is fabulous. The location is very good it is in front of the Firenze Campo di Marte Station and the Hostel is very clean.

There is no AC plug near to the bed only USB outputs
