The hotel staff did everything they could to help us. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the bus and tram station. Which makes it easier to get around the city? There is a coffee set in the room. The breakfast is good. after an in-depth discussion we allowed to park in the hotel's parking lot, we thank the hotel staff

For those arriving at the hotel with a car. the hotel does not have enough parking spaces, they offered us a parking space that is between five and ten minutes' walk away. After nine o'clock at night we did not feel safe walking around the hotel area daily parking cost 25 euros . The breakfast served on the minus one floor.

Good hotel. Not far from station (tram outside the door too) and near a beautiful park which is great for running. 10 minutes walk from city but beautiful walk by the river with lovely buildings and views..Have stayed here a few times and would stay again

Gym could do with some equipment as its borderline useless. Promoted the use of this fast check in online but when I got to hotel had to show passport and swipe credit card so that didn't make sense - double check in is never a good customer experience

Our room was very nice. Comfortable bed, and the robes were a really nice touch. We thought the breakfast was nice, with a lot of different choices.

The property location was fine. It was next to a metro stop and a bus line that really helped get us to where we needed to go. It is a way from the city center.

The bathroom shower. I did not like the fact that when you are taking a shower, if not careful the bathroom floor could be saturated with water, due to the fact that the sliding door is half and there is no shower curtain for added protection.

Hotel is lovely and modern ,clean and friendly Breakfast was pretty good and rooms were comfortable if not a little too warm. However overall a nice hotel Nice relaxing bar area for a pre dinner or after dinner drinks

Went during winter ,rooms were hot the hallway was hot and not enough lighting in the elevator.

Friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. Room ok size, location from train station wasn't too bad but only had hand luggage so walked about 15 minutes. Would probably need transport if larger suitcases.

Room was next to street side on first floor so can get the noise coming through.

It is a little out of the way of the city centre but bus routes are directly outside and the walk itself is lovely along the promenade

Breakfast was decent enough although we weren't greeted by any staff member. The f and b manager was too interested in the corporate clients. The porter was helpful.

We weren't told about the hop on hop off buses. The foyer is a bit dark.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was very spacious. The breakfast area was well stocked and pleasant.

The entrance to the hotel is very challenging. You need to walk down a set of 6 steps that are black into the reception area. There was limited assistance for getting our bags down. The dark entrance and stairs made it necessary to walk down verycarefully. When we checked out, a staff person did carryour bags up the set of entry steps. We booked a room with a terrace but the terrace had only one uncomfortable chair and the planters around the terrace were filled with dying plants and cigarette butts.

All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed.

We waited more than 30 minutes for our dinner order to be taken. In the meantime a guest left because the waiter took way too long. Our shower head was switching from very hot to cold and back again sometimes.
