It is a beautiful location in a quiet setting however at least 20 minutes to Florence and taking cabs becomes expensive if you want to spend any time sightseeing. Having a shuttle to take guests to Florence would be a great benefit. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant was outstanding - one of the best we had our whole trip. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, especially setting up cabs.

Lovely place on the top of a hill looking over Florence. Staff amazing and very accommodating making sure we had a taxi at 5am for the airport. Everything is luxurious. Restaurant was one of the best meals we had in Italy.

This isn’t walkable to Florence. We took a taxi in and back. This a destination on its own!

A quiet place with a beautiful view located very close to the central. We took the villa with the garden view and was there during the end of winter. The weather was perfect. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend for couples to have a calm and luxury home experience.

Beautiful villa, in great location overlooking Florence, 15min from center of Florence by car. Spectacular views. Big rooms with elegant design. It was very comfortable; we felt ourselves like at home. A lot of greenery around villa, amazing garden. And the best part was the great quality of food for lunch and dinners. We asked in advance for tasty breakfast, and the stuff made an amazing breakfast, with berries, fresh croissants, different options of meat and cheese.. amazing. We will return 100%%%%

Could be more organized some of the things in the villa, clean up area around reception area, so it's convenient to get there.. or better to put reception table at the entrance, will be less confusing for guests.. and some of small details in the room need to fix or clean.. textile on the chairs, or wheels on small table) really small details

The view is fantastic.

The heating was very loud and it was not started before our arrival. On the 8th of December the rooms were very could when we arrived, and it took a while till it got warm. Then we had twh choise, either warm and loud, or quite and cold.

Stunning villa. Private and comfortable. Beautiful and luxurious decor. Amazing views. We attended a wedding at the venue which was a dream. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also top class. We wish we had stayed longer

What a wonderful getaway very close to central Firenze! We had the tower room which was fantastic. Two floors with a super comfortable bathroom, bedroom and living area. From the room and outside terraces you can see a beautiful view of Firenze. The restaurant had great food and wine. This is a place you want to return back to! And of course super cute dogs hanging out in the hotel area. :)

The place was absolutely fantastic with amazing view of Florence. Very glad that we decided to book this villa instead of some modern edifice in the center of the city (the staircase in our villa was 600 years old and added to the charm). Also the staff were very very helpful and made out stay extra special !

beautiful historic property. lively rooms. would be very cool for a wedding.

there were leftovers from a previous wedding around. the office was messy and it needs someone to edit the everyday mess…. but don’t let that stop you. maybe it’s an Italian thing? it is charming!
