This is a very friendly family-run hotel just outside the city centre. Everything is clean and the room is serviced often. The street outside is quiet and clean too. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria and laundrette all within two minutes' walk. The tram stop is a 12 minute walk away and very pleasant.

I had a single room and it's basically a place to sleep. There's no view to speak of and facilities are basic but clean. All this is reflected in the price and I have absolutely no complaints. It suited me perfectly for a four-night stopover.

Room was quite large with a modern bathroom and everything was well maintained. Well located for a visit to certain parts of the university and easy public transport links to the city centre. Had no issues with the wifi, breakfast was ok and check-in was easy once I found the place. The room had a ceiling fan to keep the heat at bay. The staff were very friendly and had some good suggestions for places to eat.

The hotel wasn't entirely trivial to find as it's not super well signposted and depending on other guests it could get a little noisy at times. The pillows were a bit solid for my liking, too.

We were offered free breakfast, thank you very much! The center of Florence is very close by train - but you need to take the train, just for 1 stop though. There is a lot of free parking in the street The staff was amazing!

It is an old hotel, which is quite far from Florence city center - can be approached only by train. However the train station is very close, and the ticket was cheap. This hotel doesn't have any aircondition facilities, so it can get hot during the summer. It didn't ruin our stay for us, as we needed a hotel with parking for our car, which is difficult to find for free in Florence.

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Easy to get to centre catching train which takes only about 5 mins and cost 1,50. We were offered coffee and a little breakfast which was was very kind. Was very good value for the money.

Toilet flashing very very loud. No kettle and mugs to do your own tea or coffee during the day/evening. There is no communal kitchen area either. Very loud in the morning so if you after a good sleep that is not hotel for you. The second night we were awake before 7 am by very loud child and his parents ( probably cleaning people). There were there for long time so early wake up. There were also some building works starting a little later at the back of the building so that will wake you up as well.

Well located and easy to reach the city center. The beds were comfy. The shower was just amazing, with great pressure. The staff was very accommodating. We had to book this place last minute after having problems with another booking, and it was a really great choice.

The doors of the rooms can be a bit noisy therefore you hear a bit of noise when other guests are leaving their rooms.

Our room was great. The hotel is a bit outside of the Florence city center, however it is very easy to get to the downtown by train. 10 min walk to the train station from the hotel, and 1 stop to the final station - Firenze SMN station. Super convenient. We find the hotel to be a great option for us traveling by car, as the hotel offers a free parking right outside of the hotel.

Comfortable beds, very clean. All the facilities I needed. A free breakfast in the morning ( unfortunately I wasn't able to have this as I left early). Very close tp Firenze Rifredi train station and within distance of the town centre and all the attractions. I was meant to stay 3 days but had to cut my trip short snd fly back early for a bereavement. This was explained to the staff and they only charged for one night but I was willing to pay for 3. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend

The apartments were clean, the staff were friendly, the lack of air conditioning was not a problem because the windows did not face the sunny side on my apartment.Nice bonus was the excellent coffee for breakfast. Although the furniture is not new and somewhere in need of repair, I do not consider it a significant drawback.

The view from the window was for road construction or repair. In general, it did not depend on the hotel. No soap, only shower gel, but in sufficient quantity

THE STAFF!! they were so nice and so eager to help with everything. We didn’t know we had breakfast and it was such a nice surprise. There is an elevator that makes traveling with suitcases easy. The room was nice and big. The wifi was really good. Easily accessible from the city center to the Rifredi station.

The walls are really really thin. Our neighbours were having normal volume conversations and we were able to hear them till 00:00. This is not really the property’s fault, but something to consider. The hotel is 6 minutes walk from the Firenze Rifredi station. This is a short 5 min train away from the Firenze SM station. Obviously it would be better to stay in the city center, but the train only costs 1,50 euro one way so it was an affordable way to go to and from the city center. This is not the property’s problem, but it is important to note that it is not within the city center, but easily accessible.

Excellent value for money. The room has a retro style, so it is not equipped with new furniture, but everything is very cozy, neat, and clean. The room at the beginning of April was very warm, which is not common in all apartments in Italy at this time of year. The administrator and the person responsible for breakfast are quite friendly and helpful. If you take the train, it will take 10-15 minutes to get to the center from this place

Breakfast is coffee, a croissant from the store, and jam.
