The breakfast and location were excellent. The breakfast room would have benefitted from having a microwave, but otherwise all was fine. Patricia was very friendly and helpful and spoke a bit of English..

As this was an 'unmanned' B&B we did have some difficulty getting into the property, mainly because of lack of internet prior to our arrival which meant we missed some relevant messages on Whatsapp. However, we rang the doorbell's of some neighbours who were very helpful and let us into the building, who then phoned the owners/staff on our behalf. However, once we gained access all was very well inside the B&B.

Initially it was difficult to find the property entrance but as soon as we got inside we were happy with the room and B&B. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean, we especially loved the breakfast in the morning! Thank you!

We would have liked to have a hob to cook on but we understand that this is a B&B so it makes sense that there was none, the stairs and hallway outside the apartment were dirty but we know that this is not the fault of the host! :)

Situated right in the middle of the Old Town, this apartment offers easy access to its labyrinth of alleys and squares. When you want to venture further, there's a handy metro stop not far away. We had two big airy bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and access to a communal area with a kettle and coffee machine where a cold breakfast (even a gluten-free one was possible on request!) is left out for guests each morning. Bonus: there's always icy water available from the fridge!

Being windowless, the communal area is slightly claustrophobic. At the same time, the lovely tall windows in the bedrooms let in quite a lot of noise from below (which is of course to be expected given the location)! If it keeps you awake (or if you prefer to sleep with the air con on to cool you) closing them muffles the city sounds pretty well.

The room was spacious and clean.. and it had an air conditioner.. The staff is very friendly and gave us tips on what to do and how to go places.. Close to a big public parking for those travelling by car.. also close to the center and the port.. Breakfast was OK for those who like typical Italian breakfast🤷‍♀️

It's sometimes noisy at night and the sound isolation between rooms isn't the greatest..

Spotlessly clean, nice window a view of the piazza, nice breakfast, easy checkout, good communication with the staff. Great historic building in which the B&B is located, . On high floor with good natural lighting and away from street noise.

Need to walk some stairs to get up to the B&B as the elevator in the building is not that useful.

Cute apartment hidden in the small streets of Genoa, just few steps away from the sea and aquarium. Clean, nice breakfast and the host was always approachable.

It's in an old building, so if you have issues with stairs, maybe it better to avoid it. There is an elevator to go up, but stops in between the floors.

Everything was really clean; the room was huge with a private bathroom; air conditioning in the room; breakfast was good with food natural from Genova. late check in 30€. we arrive later in the day and all restaurants were closed and Gina told us we could eat cereal and cakes that were available for to breakfast to the next day, free of charge.

the location was near the center but the street seemed a little unsafe to go alone during the night. but nothing happened!!

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Instructions from the owner were great. Good aircon which was helpful as the double glazing needed to be shut to block out sounds from the street below.

We didn't have a poblem, but the three rooms open out into the kitchen area where they serve breakfast so if someone puts the lights on or is up earlier than you it could be a bit disruptive.

Peaceful, beautiful and Cozy accommondation. Really excellent contact keeping to us. Good breakfast and possibility to have vegan etc. Dishes. Strong recommentation.

Little bit tricky to find, but with good instructions and photos, its easy to reach (owner sends instruction). So even trickiness is positive 😊

The location is in Piazza San Luca,very close to the metro station (3 min to walk) and center of the city. You can also walk 15 min to the Railway station. ( Genova stazione principe).From there you can take the train to Cinque Terre or Portofino. The breakfast is good. The building is very old, but nice.
