The room was very clean, the stuff very kind and helpful. The location is amazing! Excellent breakfast 😋

The staff were very helpful in every way. The Hotel is located centrally and it is an easy walk to all the attractions, restaurants etc. Breakfast is relaxed and enjoyable with good access times up to 10.00. There is a nice touch where they provide coffee and pastries free of charge during the afternoon. It is a 10 euro taxi ride to the rail station for 4 people and luggage. Would certainly stay there again!

We stayed on our way to Ligure for two nights and one on our return journey. The first room had all the facilities you would expect but the bathroom was a little small and cramped. Our friends room was fine though. The second room was very spacious and again had all the facilities but was located below the Breakfast room so was a little noisy in the morning. I must stay this did not detract from an enjoyable stay

great staff. clean rooms, location, breakfast is okay. i am not a big breakfast eater.

mattresses - this is a complaint i have with just about every hotel i have stayed in Italy and that is at least 2 dozen hotels plus at my families houses there. the beds are way to hard. - way beyond firm. here in san francisco my beds are like a Maserati in comfort and in Italy they are like a Kia! also a little pricey for the size of the room.

Hotel room was big and comfortable and overlooked the main Piazza. The reception staff were helpful except for one person. Breakfast was plentiful and staff in breakfast room were very attentive to your needs.

At the entrance there is a set of steep stairs that take you to the reception area. We had very heavy luggage and on arrival there was no one that could help. We were lucky that a hotel guest was coming down the stairs and helped us with our luggage. The same happened when we were departing we asked for assistance but the reception lady said that there was no one that could assist and we had to do it ourselves. Maybe they should consider on having a luggage person on site as most hotels have.

Very good position, close to the center, close to the main tourist attractions, to the beach. The hotel staff was very helpfull and very polite. The room was large, prices for the minibar in the room were good. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean.

Too expensive for this city. I liked this hotel, but I didn t like Genoa city. I felt unsafe in the Old City because of many strange people asking me money or food on streets and on restaurant terraces. Many people involved in tourism field didn t speak English or French.

Italy is always a hard place to find a good central nice comfortable hotel, you get rubbish cheap hotels then really expensive high end hotels, finding what most of us want, a good hotel at a good price is the Holy Grail, I've been to Rome 5 times and still not found my forever hotel, I've nailed my Genoa hotel first visit

The staff is very nice and helpful! I found the location great and safe, during my stay. The bed is comfortable and the cleaning service is great. The air conditioning works very well and for me it made very little noise. My bedroom included a safe deposit box, which is also nice. I also received a jam as a present, at the end of my stay. Overall, a great experience!

The only think I didn't like so much was that the sink in my bathroom didn't have very good drainage, but perhaps it's a temporary problem.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel is superb. In my opinion it could not be better. I really liked the breakfast which had a good selection of continental and Italian food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a lovely single room in 5th floor. It had a good size for a single room. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and friendly. I really appreciated that I received a pot of jam as a gift. I would be very happy to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends

Perfect hotel with authentic look in rather old building.

The only disadvantage is that to get to the hotel lobby you need to get up the long stairs with luggage. But personnel was helping kids.

Well placed and offered a convenient and comfortable hotel in the town. An excellent breakfast is available and free access to coffee, tea and cake/biscuits available during the day. The girls in the reception (Irene and Martina) were excellent and very helpful in dealing with any queries we raised.

Some concern ( we were on the 4th floor) that the wide windows could fully open. If we had any young children with us, we would be very worried.
