the location was great, just a short walk from the train station and on the entry into the old town. An elegant building with big rooms and a good sized modern bathroom. Breakfast was pre-prepared and served in your room.

while it didn’t bother us, there is the most beautiful marble staircase to the first floor apartment (but there is the offer to carry your luggage).

Excellent situation, in the old town and an easy walk from the train station. Room comfortable, not cramped; very well furnished, very comfortable bed, large windows with a view. A really nice, well cared-for place! Daniele was a charming and attentive host.

We arrived after a long and tiring train journey; the instructions to gain access to the room were not easy to absorb, and the key to the apartment needed delicate manoeuvring to turn the lock. The coffee machine produced excellent coffee, but became very temperamental. It would have helped to have been presented with the bill the day before we left instead of leaving it to the last minute, when we had a train to catch.

Beautiful well located palazzo for walking around the old town. Big room and bathroom. We were travelling by car and it was easy to find a parking space where Daniele, the owner, told us we would find one. Breakfast was served in the room and it was ok.

Absolutely fantastic B&B. Daniele (the owner) was very helpful and responsive to our queries, and as we were heading off on a cycle touring trip for a few days he stored our luggage for us too. The room was perfect, the self service breakfast great (especially the fruit tart) and the shower was excellent. Location was ideal - near the station and a short walk to the centre of the old town. Highly recommended.

We really liked the location just at the entrance of the down town, inside a gorgeous building well maintained. The apartment was clean, communication was good all the time. Every day we had a fresh pie on our table with a great breakfast.

The only thing is about the shower area, it was very small and found it hard to take a shower properly.

Coffee provided was the worst. The door to the room jammed frequently. Parking was less than desirable.

The breakfast was ample, good supply of various teas and coffee and a very effective milk frothing machine for your cappucinos! Lovely apricot tart was provided, along with yogurts and cereals.

perhaps some fresh fruit would be a bonus.
