The staff especially the gentlemen at reception are amazing. They are friendly and welcoming I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The shuttle bus to different locations is a bonus and the fact that they will pick you up as well is fantastic.

The standard at this hotel has remained exceptionally high (we visited it a few years ago). It has a brilliant breakfast arrangement where the usual buffet style mayhem is replaced by the lovely staff who give you what you want and make sure it doesn't run out. Parking no problem ample space for everyone. We didn't use the free shuttle bus but walked the short walk to the train station to get to the villages. Very hot outside but air conditioning coped well. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and worked exceptionally hard and the whole place was well run.

Unusually, I couldn't find any faults with this hotel it is exceptional.

We loved this hotel! Our room was large and very comfortable and we had a lovely terrace with an amazing view of the area. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful, they have a great chef and excellent staff. The "on demand" shuttle was a very pleasant surprise, we were very grateful to have this great convenience. The front desk staff were so nice and gave us very good information on what to do in the area. They also made wonderful suggestions to make our visit more enjoyable,

The only downside was a quirky air conditioning system. Because of the weather, off season, the air conditioning was not what we are accustomed to and our room was occasionally too warm. A minor inconvenience.

The staff was superb and super friendly: reception, shutterbus driver, manager and kitchen staff. Continuous access to the shutter to town or to the hotel. Every time was someone immediately and happily available. The breakfast was very good. Good saunas and relaxing spa. Spacious room. Beautiful garden.

The spa should be reviewed for the automatism of the showers. Otherwise was excellent being in the saunas and spa.

The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They have shuttles to key points, provide restaurant recommendations, and even suggested we NOT book two rooms as we originally intended - and showed us how our family of four could fit comfortably in their very large one bedroom suite. The food, spa, and pool and peacefully scenery were a welcome retreat after a long day of hiking. The beds were comfortable, everything modern. Shower had a strong pressure (which I prefer) and they provided flip flops, robes, pool towels. The spa with steam bath, sauna and ice fall was so relaxing. Everything was extremely clean. The dinner was high quality; I was surprised that it is not advertised for non hotel guests. I especially enjoyed the sea bass and steak. Breakfast also very good.

A bit of train noise at times but not terrible.

The location and it’s proximity to the train station is excellent. The willingness to shuttle is whenever we wanted was exceptional! The staff was very accommodating!

I really have nothing to complain about.

The property was wonderful. You cannot beat the ambiance and the balconies. We fell in love with it immediately. The breakfast was amazing - so much to choose from. Above all else, the staff was truly delightful. Every interaction was great. They went above and beyond and treated us with such kindness. We will definitely visit again!

Location is amazing! Our balcony looked over Levanto and you could see ocean in distance. Hospitality was top notch. Carlo was very helpful and followed up with us after our daily excursions. He was interested is seeing photos of our day. The drinks are fabulous as well food.

The hotel and staff were lovely. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast which were excellent. Shuttlebus is invaluable especially as the weather wasn't great and the option not to walk back was gratefully received. Pickup was within a few minutes of calling each time.

The staff were all so friendly, the common area were all so clean, lovely pool & spa. The shuttle service was excellent, the staff were always so obliging to drop us to Levant & to pick us up. Train station was a 5 minute walk downhill.

A small bit disappointed with the breakfast.
