The location was PERFECT! Out of the way from the hustle and loud bustle. There is a free shuttle to and from the main street to Parco, or you can walk the 10 minutes. If you’re in cinque Terre, you’re going to do a lot of walking. Marta picked us up 2 minutes from the train station. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise as Marta cooks your eggs and pancakes to order if you wish! Great fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, breads, meat, cheese, and sweets. Cappuccino and espresso is made to order, and she has American coffee in maker as well. Fresh juices too! The place was impeccably landscaped and exceptionally clean. I don’t think we could rate this high enough….10 is not enough! The pool and private sitting areas were beautiful with an excellent view of the sea. Marta is a whiz with WhatsApp and responds quickly. A wonderful find!!! Thank you Marta and family.

Charming family run B&B set up high on a terraced hill with spectacular views of the sea. Beautifully landscaped, serene and unpretentious. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. A delicious traditional breakfast was offered every morning in the outdoor dining room next to the pool. Quite the ideallic setting. Marta, the owner was warm, gracious and informative, with several local recommendations. The walk down to the beach using the shortcut is about 10 minutes. 20 minutes coming up and very rigorous. We took advantage of the free shuttle. We were sad to leave and hope to return for a future visit.

Marta is so lovely and a wonderful host! We loved our breakfast, was a gorgeous setting with a fantastic choice of cereals, fruits, pastries, cheese, ham, plus cooked breakfast if you wanted - my daughter loved the pancakes! So much attention to detail everywhere, ensuring privacy and comfort. We didn’t have time to use the pool which was a shame but was great it was there. Our private terrace was lovely. The room was refreshed every day.

Our room was quite small. Although there were hourly shuttles we did walk up and down a lot which we didn’t mind too much.

The location was amazing. Everything was fantastic, the room, the garden, the view. The room was very clean, breakfast was lovely with a fantastic view, Marta, the owner, was always nice and helpful. The pool is small, but was enough for my son to play. The garden is amazing and every corner of the location is lovely. Very helpful the car which goes every hour to the centrum and back to the accommodation. It is also doable by foot to go to the centrum, it’s only 6-7 min and for return you can take the car till the accommodation. If we come back on Cinque Terre this is definitely the place we go!

Everything was wonderful!

Marta and family were wonderful and made this our favorite stay. They drove us to and from the train on arrival and departure, communicated perfectly throughout, were friendly and kind. The room was clean and perfect, the grounds amazing, and the breakfast delicious. Starting the day with the view from the breakfast room is beyond wonderful. It is nice to stay away from the crowds in this peaceful setting. We walked rather than shuttle but that would be a good option if you weren’t up for the walk. We hope to return some day!

A very nice breakfast was provided, which overlooked the ocean. Beautiful views and property. The location is not in the heart of the village, which is nice to get away from the tourists. It is a ~10 minute walk to/from the restaurants and downtown. The property owners and operators are so welcoming and accomodating to your needs. The rooms were cleaned each day.

Kids at the pool playing "Marco/Polo" and jumping in. We love children, if you have children this is a great place, but if you're looking for a quiet adult stay, you might encounter this.

I highly recommend this beautiful and tranquil B&B. It is nestled amongst the hills overlooking the sea. Marta was very attentive and answering my questions promptly. I loved the manicured gardens, the quietness and having the shuttle bus was perfect. I didn't want to leave this place.

This is not a dislike but a suggestion. Knowing that we could have booked the beach club in advance would have been handy as it was full when we were there. But part from that. This place is perfect.

We absolutely loved our time staying at Il Parco! We were there for four nights during the second week of October, and we’re very lucky with decent weather most of the time. The B&B is outside the main part of Monterosso, about 10 minutes walk up and down the hill (longer depending on fitness levels), however, there is also an hourly shuttle van if desired or needed. The property and grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable without being pretentious. I can only speak for our room, but our shower was incredible - honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet, especially in Italy, with the option for eggs or pancakes cooked to order. We ate out every night, but saw other guests bringing food back to eat on their personal patios, or at a communal table on the grounds. The pool was cold but perfect at the end of the day, even just to sit by the lounge chairs and stare out to sea - we had this area to ourselves pretty much every afternoon we were there. Marta and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. If ever we find ourselves returning to that area, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is extremely nit picky, but would love a full length mirror. That’s about the only thing I’d add for improvement. Still a 10/10 for us!

We loved everything about this place. The breakfast was lovely, the views were amazing and the peaceful surroundings was just what you want when on holiday. Marta and her family were so welcoming and helpful and I would stay there again when visiting Cinque Terre. The walk down the hill is fine as it’s 7 mins and if you don’t want to walk the 15 mins back up then you can time it and get the free shuttle every hour from 4.15pm to 11.15pm.
