Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and plenty of food available. The staff were excellent and kept the dining area tidy and clean and made sure that the food was continually replenished. Well done to the lovely Signora.

The room. The room was too basic and cramped for three adults. However, based on the location of the hotel and how populated it was during our stay, we felt that we could tolerate the room for the duration.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the vaporetto stop, near shops and restaurants and 5 Minutes to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic. The room was large, the beds were really comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy. The shower looks like it will not be great but when you turn it on it's fab. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

- Good location! 5 min walk to the water bus station and 5 min walk to the other direction leading you to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby - Washroom seems to get renovated lately, relatively new and clean - Nice and helpful staffs - Breakfast was simple but not bad

- Mattress was a nightmare - Overall cleanliness and maintenance condition was not very desirable

For a very reasonable price, the room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful and the included breakfast had everything you needed. It’s a great value for money, the facilities are quite old but for the price I wasn’t expecting more, most importantly it was clean. The location is perfect.

The water pressure in the shower in my room was a bit too weak.

No fuss, no questions. Affordable. The location is great! Near to beach, food, groceries, port. There is AC.

I am traveling alone (without my husband)with my young kids, and there was a staff in the evening, who was quite open saying that he wants to have a drink with me when the kids go to sleep. It was quite disturbing for me, but he always asks whenever I pass the reception, so it was a bit of a bother. Also the mosquitoes feasted on my kids! I even bought anti-mosquito repellant. The bed was quite small (110cm) for a double bed.

The hotel is located on the main road that goes to the beach, stores and restaurants are close. Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the coffee was magnificent.

The lady at the reception was so welcoming. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast had great coffee and the basic options but for the price I could not complain. The room was clean and spacious for me as a single traveller and the AC helped! I really enjoyed my stay!

The hotel's location is in a very peaceful place, and you can get to the Venice center so easily with a vaporetto. The breakfast was very delicious; you can get fruits, juice, hot chocolate, capuccino, coffee, eggs, etc. It was a very nice election for our getaway in Venice.

The staff was very friendly and they did everything to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent - only a few minutes away from the vaporetto station, and the hotel is situated on the high street of the Lido island, so everything is at hand. It was a perfect place for us as a young couple, as the hotel is affordable and cozy, and the location on Lido offers a peaceful shelter from the crowded streets of Venice while being only a short ride away from all of the attractions - our main purpose of visiting Venice was the Biennale, which is only two Vaporetto stops away. The room was very cozy and spacious, with a large bathroom and a view of the picturesque villas of Lido. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable, stress free stay in Venice.

What we would appreciate is for the bed to be a little more comfortable - the double bed consisted of two single mattresses, which caused them to slide apart as we slept. If there would be one double mattress, the experience would have been perfect, as the bed was otherwise very comfortable.
