Spotlessly clean, good value and just what we needed to get our heads down before an early flight Shuttle to airport in morning was very handy!

We got a train from Milan to the airport and then needed to get to the hotel. Nobody tells you but the main taxi rank won’t take you there, only local cabs, so you have to make your way to Sheraton hotel and then the local cabs sit there

I arrived after midnight and had an appointment in the city early the next morning. The taxi fare to the hotel, which was only a few kilometers away, cost 50 euros.

The property was exactly what we needed for 1 night before a flight. The room is tidy and looks good. The transfer to the airport in the morning was on time.

It was difficult to reach the property. Taxis from the airport refused to take us there since the ride was too short but the distance is not walkable. We called front desk for advice or for shuttle service but they couldn’t help us. Also there was a small opening in the wall through the closet which lead straight in the next room. The room was a bit noisy too.

The room was exactly what we needed for a short stay before going to the airport to catch our flight. The breakfast was a good offering, although the croissants were not restocked through the breakfast, but it's not such a big deal. We really enjoyed the air conditioner in the room. When we arrived it was hot and humid, and that really made a big difference for us. The rooms are also very private, so we never felt that other people were nearby or in our space.

We had quite a lot of baggage and there wasn't much communication about the airport shuttle service. The vehicle is quite small and we were charged for two trips. We were told that we should have informed the hotel sooner, but one does not think to discuss this when an airport shuttle is advertised, especially when the guests are going to the airport and are likely to have baggage. (we were a family of 3)

I strongly recommend staying in this hotel when you are in transit in Malpensa. It is a good value for money (I booked last minute and alternative options were 2-3x higher price while Sheraton was 5x😣) - rooms are basic but spacious and everything you need for your stay is there. Shuttle service is very convenient and breakfast is typical Italian (better than in some 4* hotels in posh places like Forte die Marmi). All staff were extremely friendly: front desk, breakfast lady and shuttle driver). The territory is nice with flowers blossoming and birds chirping.

Great location next to the airport, and you can park right in front of your room. Great design of the room interior (yes i like planesss). We stopped there to pick up someone from an early morning flight. The hotel is less than 10 mins by car from the arrivals pick-up, so you can keep chilling in the room till you get the message from the person you are picking up that they got their luggage, and still be there right on time!

The room could be a bit warmer (it was slightly below 0 in January), but it's hard because the room door goes directly outside. Still, after you let the heater do its thing for 10-20mins, it's fine. Definitely OK for the price :)

Very friendly and helpful stuff, we had a night there, the room was room clean, very nice smell and ready for a good rest. We got a pair of slippers for each, what is very important, we don't have enough space in our backpacks to carry with us, that was very nice, the next day they did organise a shuttle to airport we needed to train station, usually you have to book it in adv, but they were very good and organize everything for us, in 15 minutes we had the driver waiting for us, and for a very good price!

The only thing was disturbed us, was a noise during the night, from the Aircon probably.

Easy walk to a nice plaza with a beautiful sunset for dinner. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Efficient shuttle to the airport.

Getting a taxi from the airport that charged us $32 and someone else paid $20. Also better signage, when we arrived we weren’t sure we were in the right place, the name we had did not match.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent with a large variety of cereals, meats, and sweet treats.They will also make your favourite style of coffee. They also offer a car shuttle to Malpensa T1 for 11 euro, which is half the price of a taxi

9 mins from airport. A motel style hotel with rooms to fit a family of four with teenage children. Good sized bathroom and a lovely continental breakfast with great Italian coffee, included. 24hr reception for late night arrivals.

Room decor a little dated perhaps.
