Located in a quiet, small village, this is a small friendly family run hotel, 1.5 km from Malpensa Airport, value for money. The free airport shuttle from Terminal 2 takes you to the Case Nuove bus stop in 5 minutes, with a 5 minute half km walk thereafter. The hotel arranges a taxi for Eur 10-00 if you do not wish to walk to the bus stop and take the shuttle. A comfortable, easy walk with light luggage.

Could be a hassle walking from the bus stop to hotel with heavy luggage and a bit confusing locating the hotel, so best to rely on Google maps. The restraunt closes at 9-00 PM, so late arrivals should be plan dinner.

Our flight was severe delayed. We could fortunately book and stayed here, but we arrived around midnight. Nevertheless Paolo and Filippo welcomed us, they are so gentle and friendly. I told them that my friend was sick, they gave us hot water and some tea then. Of course our room was very clean and organised. Paolo and Carolina gave us lovely smile and prepared breakfast for us. We were very lucky to have a great coffee and croissant in the morning. Delayed was unlucky but we are very lucky to see them. They made our day, grazie mille!

Quick and easy to the airport. Free shuttle was easy to figure out and the staff provided a great deal of assistance/information any time I needed it. Staff really went out of there way to make sure I had what I needed and that I was comfortable.

Because it's so close to the airport, there isn't a lot around (grocery stores, etc.). However, there is a restaurant in the hotel.

Hotel is comfortable, well located for Malpensa airport and if you are travelling by car, very close to motorways. Food in the restaurant was inexpensive and good quality.

There are steps everywhere! Even my room had steps as you entered (not ideal when carrying bags and cases). My room was cold and the air conditioning/heating very noisy. I had to take a blanket from the wardrobe and put it on the bed

This is a locally Italian owned and run modest hotel that had everything I needed for an overnight stay before going to the airport. They pride themselves in their restaurant (a real restaurant, not just a hotel restaurant) and the food was outstanding.

It wasn't entirely clear to me that the 5 minute walk to the stop for the airport shuttle was along a street with no shoulder and no sidewalk. I opted for the taxi to the airport which was a shuttle. It cost $10 and it was well worth it. A no-cost shuttle direction from the hotel to the airport would have been nice, but overall it was a great experience.

I saw after booking that some of the online reviews weren’t super good, however after staying there it became clear that this hotel is just very Italian. People come with an idea in mind of what Italy will be like, and this hotel doesn’t cater to what tourists think Italy is like, it is actually what Italy is like. The owners and workers are hospitable, they’re kind, and very welcoming.

While I don’t think it was necessarily a bad thing, the hotel has a very informal atmosphere. Everyone is polite, kind, and very friendly, but if you’re looking for the overly friendly western formality it isn’t here.

The hotel is located close to the airport, very convenient for those who only want to spend the night near the airport. Nearby there is a transport that runs every 20 minutes (working time can be specified). They can also help with transport in the hotels themselves. A taxi costs about 10-15 euros. The staff is very friendly and can help with everything. The room was clean and spacious. Also a breakfast/lunch/dinner service. I advise everyone!

I reserved it for tow. however I needed to change the reservation as anther family member added. they will not modify the reservation or give me the same price for additional room I have to pay what ever they choose to charge me which was 2 times more than what I paid previously. I would have walked away but they will not refund me and it was too late in the day. and we have an early flight to catch.

Staff were very helpful and the location was great for the airport. Room was clean with basic amenities. Restaurant was great and the staff were very helpful with checkin and organising airport transfers etc

The hotel/address is not recognised on Google Maps and so quite difficult to locate.

The staff were all very kind, friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The hotel had much more character than any of the big chain hotels nearby. Pretty easy shuttle from the hotel to Milan Malpensa Airport and the train into the city. The attached restaurant served GREAT food at very reasonable prices! That was a wonderful surprise.

The facilities were a little "tired" and well-worn, but simple and serviceable for our two days before flying out of Milan.
