We needed a B&B for the night before an exceedingly early flight out of Milan. After a wonderful 10 days in Italy we didn't want to just crash at a chain hotel at the airport. Our host was incredible in her communication, helpfulness, and clarity. Though she doesn't speak English, her use of WhatsApp and a translation app made her communication flawless. She also has an assistant who is a delight and helps with translation. We were sent easy to follow guidance with photos on how to check ourselves in and get situated, and our host offered a reservation for dinner. The location is across from a beautiful waterway that has a waterfall canceling out any infrequent road noises. The room is charming, clean, and more than enough room for two adults and their luggage. We were delighted by the room already being prepared with desserts and everything we needed for breakfast. At dinner, we finally met our host and her assistant in person and found them even more charming and gracious. They have style for days. Dinner at the B&B was wonderful, all handmade and delicious, and apparently a local favorite. Our host also arranged a 4:30AM taxi for us to ease our departure. Only a 9 minute taxi to the airport it was hands and above staying at a big box hotel. Overall a stellar experience.

We were lodged on the second floor, and carrying our suitcases up the narrow stairs was a little precarious. If you have any mobility issues I would note that you'll need to navigate stairs to get to your room.

Chose to stay here the night before a flight out of Malpensa airport. It was easy to reach with a car and had on-site parking available. In addition to its proximity to the airport, I also chose it for the on-site restaurant which turned out to be exceptionally good. The menu is small, but every plate we ordered was delicious. The proprietor was wonderfully warm and welcoming. An unexpected bonus was that the establishment is adjacent to a very nice walk/bike path of historic interest. Turn left outside the front door and start walking and within minutes you're on a car-free path along a remnant of the old canal that was used to float marble down to Milan for construction of its cathedral hundreds of years ago. Perfect for stretching the legs out after a long flight.

Great place near the airport, very quiet and tidy. Though its very close to the huge Milan airport there's no noise or even a feeling of it. The whole area is recreational and staying at the place near the river was absolutely wonderful. We stayed all day after checking out and had a great time near the river. The food at the B&B restaurant is great as well. The place has it's own history, which makes it even more delightful. Ask hosts to help with taxi if you are not renting a car.

No public transport is available. If you arrive late to the airport and don't have a rental car, taxi prices would bite. 40 euros for 10 minutes ride, not very cool.

Close location to the airport although not close to much else in the area. You are right along the river and this provided a nice area to walk on the evening we arrived. Breakfast items were available in the room that could be consumed at our leisure. Attached restaurant has limited evening hours but the food and service was amazing. The hotel staff assisted in arranging a taxi to the airport.

The room was very warm with the elevated outdoor temperatures. There is a strong ceiling fan and the window opened but not much of a breeze given the orientation on the building.

We can't wait to go back to this little slice of heaven. Marina, the owner, and her partner Monica have created one of the most beautiful inns right alongside a gorgeous rushing river. Take a stroll, enjoy bunnies in the nearby green fields, ducks and fish swimming alongside, and verdant luxurious foliage everywhere you look. Or nap LIKE A KING in the extremely comfortable beds with pillows so nice we looked them up online when we got home and bought them for ourselves! The inn itself is appointed with an eye for warmth and elegance, but the real warmth comes from the staff. TREAT YOURSELF TO DINNER. The food will be some of the best in your travels, and the keepers of the inn are two of the kindest most genuinely hospitaliano women I've ever met and I think Marina might secretly also be a fairy. You'll get that vibe when you meet her. Their chef must be Carmy from The Bear, with the attention to detail and LOVE put into the food. Fresh fish, caught from the river. I didn't want to ask about the rabbit or the duck but ya know what? WORTH IT. SO much elysian joy for such an affordable price. I hope we can come back soon. Also the dinner dog likes butt scritches but get down low first and let her sniff you - she gets startled around tall folks moving too fast.

This place offers a unique pleasure for a stay over at Malpensa Airport. It is in a 200 year old building complex amidst the country side, surrounded by the canal hiking/biking trail, and neighbor to a cute little historic town near by. The facilities are very nicely designed and carefully kept. The owner and all employees take pride and joy in what they do. The food is absolutely amazing. The room and the facilities overall were impeccably clean. My twelve year old enjoyed the nature walk, the high-end food, and got friendly with the cat and dog on site.

The host is fantastic, the atmosphere is great. You can feel how much love was involved to make and to maintain it. The restaurant is amazing, the food is excellent. This place is an ideal stop for dinner and a good sleep before an early flight from Malpensa which is so far from the city center. The hosts arranged an early Uber to the airport which is 6,5 km away.

The only thing is that you have to take a taxi for approx 25 eur to and from Malpensa so if you want to stay here for one night before early flight from Malpensa - add extra 50 Eur to a budget for return trip.

This stay was a perfect end to our two weeks in Italy. Flying in the morning from Milan and having to drop our rental car was made a breeze with only 9 minutes from the airport. Yet, the place is next to the Ticino Natural Park and we took advantage of endless walking paths along the river Ticino and into the woods with a gorgeous view of the Alps on the horizon. It is a real gem. The place is well maintained, quiet, and comfortable. Definitely worth recommending. Great communication with Marina.

Wow. All we were looking for was an alternative to the godless corporate shoeboxes that pass for hotels around the airport, and what we got was an exquisite getaway with superb food, tremendous comfort, and splendid scenery! The osteria/b&b was one of the heights of our trip. The staff were gracious, generous, and extremely helpful. The food rivaled the expensive places we'd eaten at in Milan and Rome, but was half the cost and served in a low-stress, peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. The breakfast was extraordinary--so well-planned and beautifully appointed so that we could get up when we wanted and eat in peace while preparing for the airport. I'd expected the usual pre-packaged continental breakfast, but they'd come up with an ingenious and elegant way to give us fresh bread, fresh butter, pastry, fruit, yoghurt, juice, and good coffee. The view of the river was lovely--we had an epic sunset to watch. To say this place surpassed our expectations is an understatement--this is precisely the place we dream of to stay in throughout our entire vacation, and rarely find. Next time we use the Milan airport, we'll be sure to stay for more than one night.

Nothing--everything was great. We were even surprised by how rarely the airport noise was noticeable.

The location and staff were excellent. Staff went out of their way to help us. The included breakfast was the best that we've had. It was a short ride to the airport. It was also convenient to eat at the property as they serve dinner and the place was packed! The property has a lovely atmosphere and is across the street from a river. Just lovely!!

I was surprised that the rooms were up a steep set of stairs. It's something I overlooked when booking but the staff carried our luggage up/down the stairs for us. We managed fine since we were only there for one night. The room was pretty small but again, we made do since it was only for one night.
