$15 for the airport shuttle is ridiculous

Unlike some reviews I found the room and bathroom to be spotless (except for a very minute area of the shower base). The bedding was more than adequate, the included breakfast was good and plentiful, with a courteous staff. All in all, a pleasant stay when one needs a hotel pre or post flights from MXP. Noah, the desk representative, was so pleasant, courteous, and available to answer our many inquiries. Grazie Mille to Noah!

Well, since you asked... it seems to me that the airport shuttle should be complimentary in that the hotel is only roughly .5 miles from MXP. Shuttle charge is 15 Euros or 20 for a taxi.

Clean and tidy room, polite staff, good value for money.

The location is close to the airport, but you still need a shuttle to take you to the terminal. The pricing of the shuttle service is expensive, though. Dinner is an option in the hotel, but it is relatively expensive for the quality offered.

We were able to get adjoining rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were clean, and more than adequate for an overnight stay close to the terminal. Restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Instructions on how to catch the airport transfer bus need to be much clearer, both on the website and when staff are trying to explain over the phone where to go from arrivals to the transfer area. Instructions regarding "Level Minus 1" are not clear to international travellers. There needs to be easy to follow maps on the website, which needs updating. We took a long time to find the correct area (near the Sheraton on the opposite side to Arrivals after having taken the lift to L-1).

There is no information how to get to the hotel by free shuttle. Signs at the airport are not always clear, hotel doesn't provide this information in the confirmation letter as well. Remember: dont't take a bus next to Arrivals terminal, it will go along all parking lots and then return back, you will loose about 20 minutes. Cross the road and wait at the bus stop in front of Moxy hotel, from here you'll get in the direction you need. If you want to go back to the airport from the hotel, it is better to take a hotel shuttle instead of free one.

Ideal place to spend the night near the Malpensa airport if the next flight is only the next morning. Hotel is between terminal 1 & terminal 2 and easily accessible by terminal's connecting bus and it's totally free of charge. Theoretically you can reach even by foot, but it will take about 25-30minutes and it is not very safe to walk on the sidewalk. Hotel restaurant is open until 10pm. So you need to plan carefully if your flight is late in the evening. There is one alternative around which works 1 hour longer.

No complains as we spend up to 12 hours during night time period, We didn't face any issue. Just be careful with the bus directions and check which is yours terminal for choosing right one.

Breakfast was good, dinner was very good, spacious room, checkin was smooth, airport transter is at a cost and one has to coordinate after arrival but the airport free shuttle stops very close to the hotel and leave next to Malpensa train station in front of Shereton.

The water pressure in our room 419 was awful and a real dampner. This must be improved. The restaurant should stay over a bit longer as the hotel caters mostly to airport passengers. Any flight arriving post 8.30pm is likely not to go without dinner.

The staff was excellent. They answered all my questions that I asked. Moreover, when I asked the receptionist if it was possible to organize something for my mother, who has a birthday that day, I was told that they would try to come up with something. In the end, the girls presented a cake for my mom and we sang "Happy Birthday" to her. My mother was very impressed and grateful, and I am also grateful to these administrators and waitresses.

The only thing I'd like to mention is the location of the hotel. It wasn't really clear for us how to get there from the airport's terminal. That's why we had to take a taxi, even though the staff later explained me that we could catch a free shuttle. I would welcome giving the transportation information more explicitly (e.g. by notifying your customers in advance, or just by creating some article on your web, which btw now says that there's no any shuttle available...)

It’s a clean and comfortable hotel with a good restaurant, helpful staff, and close to Malpensa airport

The hotel advertises a free shuttle to and from the airport, but that is NOT their shuttle. It is the free shuttle that the airport provides to take people to the other terminal. This free shuttle stops 3 blocks away from the hotel at a dangerous crossing with no lights. Google maps took me to the hotel with no problem, but I was disconcerted at first. The hotel charges 15 euros per room to send their shuttle and you have to call upon arrival at the train station within the airport for them to pick you up. I paid the 15 euros to be taken up the airport the next morning because it was raining and the nearby stop for the free airport shuttle does not have a cover. The hotel should not advertise a free shuttle, because it is not free!

We booked this hotel close to the airport since our flight was scheduled for very early morning. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they had issues with room assignment and we have to move to another hotel Crown Plaza which was nearby (both hotels belong to the same IHG group). So we were upgraded from this 3* Holiday Inn to 4* Crown Plaza hotel (with no additional fee). Therefore, we cannot make review on Holiday Inn. However, Crown Plaza hotel was great. Clean, very nice, comfortable beds, we were given free transport to the airport and breakfast package in the early morning after very early checkout.
