The room was spacious and a very suitable space to live in. All the amenities where all in working condition and we had no issues whatsoever locating anything! The hotels swimming pool is of a good size and has plenty sun beds around for when its busy! Location of the hotel is ideal, not far from public transport and close to restaurants and things to do! The Private beach was something that i was surprised to hear about but oh boy was it a relaxing experience

This is just personal preference! the air conditioning wasn't as effective as i'd hope it would be, but dont get me wrong, it was fine, just the rooms temperature was always fluctuating

I liked everything, especially the pool. It was clean and the deck area well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning felt amazing. Once I closed the shutters it was nice and quiet so I got a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was much more than I’d expected. I was impressed with the selection and variety.

Nothing I really disliked, maybe the bulky key fob. It was cute and fun (a golf ball) but didn’t fit easily into my purse.

Had a delayed flight and we were unable to pick up our hire car to travel to our destination. Booked this hotel online from the airport at 11pm, arriving at midnight. We were very impressed that the person on reception was aware of our arrival and with a toddler and a baby it was a great relief. Couldn’t fault anything

Apart from good standard of the hotel I was delighted by the amazing atmosphere that the hotel stuff is creating. Everyone with whom I was having touch points were extremely helpful and nice (starting from cleaning ladies, receptionist, service from breakfast). I was really happy with the standard of the hotel, amazing view that I had from hotel but what made my stay very memorable is really the nice atmosphere that the hotel crew is creating. Thank you for that! I definitely recommend this hotel!

The only annoying thing was the wi-fi access (you need to from time to time sign in once again with user name and password). But thsi is really a minor thing.

Nice view from the balcony, the room was pretty big as well and everything was as you would expect. The breakfast was pretty good too. We used it as a one nighter before flight back from Pisa and it wasnperfect for that.

The equipment looks a bit older now, but everything worked well. It is a bit further from the sea and the pool was a bit dirty.

Size of room and staff were very helpful friendly, warm and welcoming

The bath taps were jammed and it seemed to be only the shower working. I used the shower head to fill the bath that took ages. People still like a bath not everyone wants a shower. Couldn't find any sockets in the room to charge my phone.

Size of the room was above standards, breakfast were good, good timing (even for long sleepers). Beach was in walking distance. Pool was nice.

I would appreciate more hangers for the towels (there were none) and also some laundry dryer (where to put wet bathing suite for example). Also I was surprised, that the golf yard is not connected with the hotel, it is two separate things. In the description there was written that minigolf is nearby, but nobody knew about it (probably it was the one at the luna park :-) but we were expecting something more sofisticated, since it was suppose to be linked to the golf club)..

The Reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The pool area was quiet and clean.

The breakfast choice was quite limited. Three platters of the same cheese, two dishes of scrambled eggs and often pastry plates needed refreshing quicker. Maybe some sliced melon would offer more fruit choice.

Wonderful customer service. Very helpful, kind ans courteous. Spotless! Really comfortable beds. Nice breakfast 😋

Entrance to bathroom was a little tight with the sink and door too close to each other

The location was,good, and loved the pool. The staff were helpful. 10 min walk th beach. Loads of entertainment in main town. Would defo go again and recommend you try this hotel. The room was clean with good facilities.

There was not a kettle in the room. The air conditioning was switched of at night. To many stairs with no lift to the apartments. The pool steps were to high fir people with a disability. Poor disabiled facilities.
