Very close to Central station- to go to the center; airport, or to the lakes; few very good and not crowded restaurants within 10min walk- just check in google and the rating. My reccomendation Osteria Papa Nicola :) shopping street Buenos Aires also very close. Hotel itself was quite good, clean, I liked that room had big bathroom.

We chose this hotel as it was about a block from the train station. The hotel and our room were beautifully furnished, our room spacious and bed comfortable. An excellent buffet breakfast was included and the restaurant was also excellent for dinner and the staff at both friendly and professional. There are a number of restaurants (mostly Indian) within a block r two for greater choice. . We would recommend this hotel.

Our room, although lovely and spacious,was odd due to the roofline,and the window was high by the ceiling so we could not see anything but sky out of it. Not a problem for 2 nights . The room was cold however and the thermostat didn’t seem to be operable.

Good hotel for a quick work trip to Milan. It's located 5 mins away from the train station and the staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast is good and the rooms are more than enough. It holds good value when compared to other hotels in the area.

Breakfast every morning was wonderful! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very convenient to the train station.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. We arrived early after travelling through the night from Singapore. We arrived at the hotel at 0830. Front Office Staff took our suitcases and placed in stowage, in case we wanted to go to a cafe etc and advised of the hotel facilities. One room ready at 0930 and the other room by 1100. Very much appreciated! Way before published time of 1400. Front Office staff friendly and efficient. Cleaning staff and wait staff were super friendly and attentive. Lovely breakfast dining area on first level. Breakfast was plentiful and friendly/supportive wait staff. Will definitely use this hotel when coming back to Milan.

Can’t give you any negatives on the property. We also loved the location. Five minute walk to Milano Centrale. Nice quiet location. Central for us. Nice boutique sized and not like a large chain.

Great location across from the train station, super friendly and helpful staff, nice clean and spacious rooms. Attentive staff in the foyer helped store luggage and offered coffee. We enjoyed the restaurant upstairs for dinner too, food was good, view from the balcony was great and our waitress was lovely.

Some things could be improved in the standard double room e.g. some wear and tear, air conditioning was all or nothing - cold no matter what temperature you put, so we kept having to turn it on and off (very effective though - far better than none in the Milan heat!) discoloured grout in the shower, shower door didn't close properly, power outlet by the bed was pushed into the wall, hairdryer wasn't very effective - just small things, nothing major. Hot food at breakfast was pretty sad, though there was a big spread with cakes etc. If these minor things were fixed it would be a 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay overall here. The hotel is quite traditional as far as decor and there is a comfortable lobby where you can sit. Early check-in was not available as many current guests had late check-outs, so we did have to wait a bit, after an early arrival in Milan. You can store your luggage and go exploring, which was nice. There is an elevator/lift in the building. The room was very clean and quite large by European standards, with daily housekeeping service. The bathroom was huge with all of the amenities you would need, including bath slippers. It was a bit warm and humid in the bathroom as there was no air conditioning in there, but the main room itself was cool. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There is room service available from the hotel restaurant, which was quite good. The location to Central Station can't be beat- only a 5 mins walk, which will get you anywhere you want to go in Milan via metro. There is also a Carrefour Express grocery store, 5 mins walk away. This is a safe and comfortable choice for a stay in Milan, close to public transportation and away from the bustling touristy areas.

Excellent: Location. Being near the main train station (Milan Centrale) was very important; Andreola Central is no more than a 10 minute walk from it. Excellent: Breakfast. Lots of choice, hot and cold, sweet and savory. My wife prefers savory; I prefer sweet. We both were happy. I especially liked the cream-filled croissants; top bakery quality. We had to checkout 45 minutes before the 7 a.m. breakfast opening and Team Andreola even provided us with a breakfast bag to go. What a nice touch! Room: For an older (classic) hotel, it was spacious, especially the bathroom. And clean.

10 out of 10 from us . . . There may be a nitpick, but I can't think of it at the moment.

It’s a traditional style hotel what I really like. The staff (lady in the restaurant, staff at the reception and the cleaning staff) is very nice and friendly. I had a reservation with dinner which was a very good decision because the hotel offers authentic good quality food for dinner. The lady in the restaurant always paid attention to the hotel guests and had some recommendation for dinner. The nearest metro and the Centrale train station is in 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Unfortunately I left my keys in the hotel what I only realized after landing in Budapest but the hotel offers a delivery service for lost objects and I received back my keys the next working day.

It was a bit cold in the whole building during my stay due to heavy air-conditioning. I don’t like temperature below 23 degrees. Until 11 pm there were no issues (because there were a lot of people on the street) but once I returned back to the hotel a bit later and during the short walk between the metro and the hotel I did not feel safe.
