Staff Manuel was very friendly n kind to attend to our anxious due to our luggage lost, during our breakfast the staff was very courteous n friendly. Finally the male staff (didn't get the name) able to send email to the airport n gave our next destination hotel add to deliver our lost luggage. Thks for his kind help. The porter staff tall guy was good who offered us to carry our luggage to the train station. Salute 🫡 to him.

Definitely felt like a premium hotel. The staff were friendly and facilities had a great atmosphere. Our room was clean and the AC worked well. The room also had the comfiest bed I have ever slept in which was a huge plus. Another positive thing was breakfast: good variety of different options and the food was tasty. You could also order special coffee and waffles/pancakes to the table free of charge. The location was also good, easy to get around with public transport. Overall a great experience.

The shower doors did not close properly which made water splash all over the bathroom while showering. This wasn't a big deal but not convenient either. Our room's TV was also quite ancient, but this was also fine.

Our family room (two interconnected rooms - LOVED that!) was clean and cozy. Great for a family with two kids. Breakfast was great, something for everyone. Loved the fresh fruit. Location was great as expected - next to the train station - direct connection to the airport. And in the proximity of two metro lines. It was easy to get around.

Not much really. The bathrooms were nice and clean, however one had a problem with the shower/bathtub - when turned on, water was coming out from both ends (like shower, like bathtub tap). But no big deal - we just used the other room's bathroom. Another thing we noticed during breakfast was a shortage of staff which caused some tensions.

We love this hotel! It has always been one of our favourites. Almost everything.

I forgot that it's one of the few hotels I know that don't trust its guests! At every step it blocks your credit card for the expense incurred ie restaurant,room,bar etc....so be prepared!

We were quite pleased with the hotel overall. It was quite comfortable and is even to a large degree and eco- friendly hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was ample enough for the two of us and very comfortable - the beds especially so and there was enough light even to read by in bed which is not always a given. Breakfast is a fairly diverse offering of eggs, bacon, sausages, various breads and pastries, different pastries, fruits and yoghurts. One can also order an omelette (at extra price). The location is right beside the Centrale train station so quite convenient but not overly loud from traffic, etc. All in all a very nice experience

The room was a good size, very clean with an exceptionally comfy bed, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast option was excellent and I could find gf options being a Coeliac. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. We had a room that overlooked the beautiful Milan railway station. It was literally across the road and since we arrived and would depart Milan by train it was very convenient. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby walking distance. Also the Metro which was amazing.

As the location is very close to the Beautiful Railway Station it attracts a certain element of people just hanging around. This was a little intimidating at times but to be honest we found this problem all over Milan. Our hotel had security and 24hr reception so we were not particularly concerned.

First, a big thank you to the bartender who was really great, kind and made very delicious cocktails. The waitress was also very kind. The room was nice with a view of the train station. Great bed and equipment. A beautiful hotel with a great and helpfull staff, always with a smile.

There was not storage for the clothes or anything, not really practical for our stay. The headshower was not nice. We didn't understand why because the rest of the bathroom was really nice. The bathroom had no curtains and a door made of glass wich was really annoying because we had always light in the bedroom and we were waking up by the sun every morning. A little bit of noise in the hallway.

The hotel was very modern and very clean , the rooms were nicely done and the bed was extremely comfortable, it was better than I expected , good location near to the train station but a bit of a distance for other attraction

The breakfast was only average , the selection was only fare and it consistently ran out , every morning you had to wait for items to be replenished particularly the coffee. There seem to be under staffed on a couple of mornings , we had plates piled up on our table that where never taken away in the half hour we were sat there .

Location. Stone’s throw to Central Station. Lovely large bathroom with the longest bathtub I’ve seen. Plenty of space to n put toiletries on the tub, sink top n below sink. Only thing the bathroom door couldn’t close properly

2nd night the big bottle of body wash was empty. So staff brought us a small bottle. Next day the body wash was topped up but the cap was locked for some reason. Had to call for more. When staff came with small bottles again, he asked to check the body wash but husband was using the bathroom. Said he would come back in 10 min but he didn’t. We waited almost half hr for him.

This was probably my favorite hotel from my trip. The location was great- very close to the train station, and in turn, close to the taxi stands and public transportation. The accommodations were phenomenal- the rooms and bathroom were so clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room itself was spacious. The staff were so kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and would absolutely stay here again.

I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast and bar. (Breakfast wasn't included). Honestly, my stay was too short. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
