We love this hotel! It has always been one of our favourites. Almost everything.

I forgot that it's one of the few hotels I know that don't trust its guests! At every step it blocks your credit card for the expense incurred ie restaurant,room,bar etc....so be prepared!

the room was modern and clean. Location was great.....near the Milan train station. Breakfast was good but was quite limited to me as a Muslim.

The shower area....the screen was not big enough to avoid water from spilling to the floor. My height and age made it difficult to get into the bath tub where the shower is. And to make it worst, there is no bath mat in the shower area...it tend to be slippery when wet. Requested for a bath mat which the hotel does not have available Not enough storage area for clothes like drawers. Also not enough hangers

Such a luxurious feel to this hotel as soon as we walked in. Every staff member we encountered were so lovely and very happy to help - it was nice being greeted every time we walked into the hotel by the staff members at the door and it also made us feel safe with being near the station. The rooms themselves were of high quality and clean - we especially loved the pillow menu and the ability to turn the TV sound on in the bathroom as well as the complementary toiletries. These added extras really did elevate the whole stay. The air conditioning was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel room and stayed on while you were out of the room which coming back to after being in the scorching heat, was great.

- Having good room air conditioning . - Location 5 minutes walk from Milan central train/ metro station Milan has really excellent public transportation links, including trams and a subway network, so it's not a big deal to stay in a suburb and travel into the heart of the city to see the main attractions 10 minutes walk from famous shopping street "Corso Buenos Aires " - room Size acceptable, we book one connecting room - Clean,room & bathroom also provide in room slippers. Bathrobe, nice smells toiletries - provide room free water every day - in room coffee & tea machines, glass cups - iron & iron board provided on request - superp ,helpful, & friendly staff - near by small supermarket 5 -7 minutes walk

In the past three years, this has become my absolutely favourite hotel in Milan, and one of my favourite in the whole of Italy, conveniently serving my needs for multiple work travels over that country, with its vicinity to the Milano Centrale railway station. The stays in this hotel in spring-summer 2023 were not an exception. The receptionists are particularly kind to me and I appreciate a consistently reliably service and friendly attitude of the whole staff of this hotel. The location, the cleanliness, the comfort, the WiFi, the heating and the air conditioning, the quietness are all excellent.

During my last stays (in rooms 707 and 502), I've noticed that there are problems with the bath shower hoses, with water either dripping or not properly switching between the shower regime and bath regime. I guess the hotel might need a bit more consistent maintenance now, that after pandemics it has more clients shifting daily. They also reduced gesture complimentary things, like a piece of chocolate in a room for guests ;) But neither has been anything dramatic. I just wish the hotel stops raising the price whenever possible, to keep it affordable.

Modern, very clean with spacious family room, good versatile breakfast

The location is opposite the main train station of Milan, so naturally very busy area. The hotel does not have their own parking space and use valet service from a nearby car park to collect and then deliver your car back to the hotel at a designated time. This is not a problem per se, but plan to take all necessary stuff from the car for your stay and allow for 15-20 min for delivery.

Really loved how clean and comfortable the facilities were, the room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close the Central station and there are loads of things to do in the area itself.Oversll, recommend

The hotel has withdrawn the “pre-authorization” payment for the full amount of the stay and then has asked to pay at the end of the stay, stating that the “pre-authorization money” would be returned back to my account. However, it has been two weeks and now and I haven’t received my money back. So basically it’s like I’ve paid twice. Luckily, I had some other money on me, . Bear this in mind when booking this hotel.

This was a very modern and fresh hotel in a central area of Milan, easy to get around with the Metro and to and from the airport. The staff was helpful and ready to accommodate our needs. Overall a very nice hotel within the affordable price range for Milan.

The only downsides were 1) there was no AC in the room so we could not turn down the temperature in the warm room. Upon calling the reception they claimed to change the temperature from there but nothing happened. 2) We could feel the vibrations from the metro up to our room at the 4th floor.

The location was amazing. Right next to the train station. And yet you walk through the door, and enter a luxurious, high standard, clean and friendly - highly professional - hotel. I was very impressed! Hotel staff went above and beyond their duties to help me find a bigger hair dryer to borrow, and were always kind, helpful, and accommodating (for example, with my late checkout). Terrific, well thought out rooms. Clean and well equipped. You have your own thermostat so can adjust your room’s temperature if you want. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Just altogether a perfect stay! Thank you!
