I like this hotel very much. The atmosphere of this hotel is similar to that of ‘ibis’. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t say about that. The stuff speak English very frequently and they are friendly.

The place for suit cace is too small to open it completely on it. They sent me a email before my arrival to let me know their hotel is on the three floor of the building and to showed me how I could enter the entrance of the building. It’s very simple and easy but It’s a little scared if you arrive at the entrance late at night alone.

Felt secure and good value for money. Being a short walk from/ to the train station was great

It was just a short visit so we just wanted a regular nice hotel and that’s what we got. The staff were very lovely, we arrived midday and wanted to go out exploring but our phones were dying and in the panic of packing I forgot a plug converter, the receptionist borrowed us her plug whilst we went out which was so kind of her. I went and bought one as soon as I found a shop so I could return hers as soon as possible but we appreciated it so much. All staff were incredibly kind and pointed out where we could get food even late into the night. The beds were well made and clean and the bathroom was nice. I chose hotels based on their bathrooms so it was nice.

I wouldn’t call it something I didn’t like but the maids didn’t seem to know the room was in use or thought we had left as one maid came into the room whilst we were sleeping but as soon as she noticed she closed the door straight away. I really don’t mind that this happened though. And the second thing was that there were a few very dark hairs above the sink. It didn’t change my mind about the property and I’d still stay there again

We really enjoyed this short stay in Vitruvio Keb Hotel. We want to leave really big compliments to two people of this hotel Sheryna and Claudio. We were really pleasant people Sheryna made us wonderful sandwiches for breakfast and also we had wonderful breakfast there which she administrated. She also were really helpful and she offered to visit one restaurant were local people like to eat because we asked if she has any other good suggestions where local people eat. Claudio was really helpful and gave additional blankets which was really helpful. Thank you for service, the people who work there really deserve to get a small additional bonus pay for their good work and very polite, friendly, they both had this welcoming mood which really on another level I have visited maybe 30 hotels in Europe but the service here was really amazing. The location is great if you arrive and leave by train like in our case. The rooms are a big although a bit outdated. It is OK for a short stay in Milan.

You can leave your luggage at the reception for free but just for three hours and I found that a little cheap. It cost them nothing to hold it for a bit longer. The breakfast was underwhelming, there was a bit of everything but the salami and the ham got finished and we sat there for half an hour and nobody refilled it.

Clean, modern and well furnished. The size of the room is pretty much big in comparison with a lot of others hotels. The bathroom and shower areas were very clean and there were everything you will need. In the room was very warm

I don’t like that it’s situated on the 3rd floor and the entrance door was closed. I called into the bell and the door was opened fortunately just in several seconds. I was traveling alone and the area is not so safe.

We decided to stay an extra night in Milan, but our Airbnb was unavailable. Hotel Vitruvio was directly across the road which suited us perfectly. Great proximity to the trains and metro, and plenty of food options in the area. The room was as expected - basic, but comfortable. We were able to store our luggage both on the morning of our arrival - as we were there well before check in time - and on the day of departure as we didn't need to leave for the airport until late afternoon. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is great: It is located close to the city's train station and a metro station that connects to several lines. The hotel has all the necessary amenities to spend a good night: Large room, comfortable beds, air conditioning, shower with hot water and enough sockets per guest.

My room was adapted for people with physical disabilities and so the toilet was very high. The shower area is delimited by a plastic curtain and because of this, bath water flows throughout the space.

The location was perfect for us as we only stayed one night and needed to be close to the bus station for the airport bus, but also wanted to make the most of our time to see the sites. The room was fine, bed was comfy and basics were provided. The staff were super friendly and are happy for you to leave luggage before and after checkout ( free until 2pm)

Our room was a little warm- 38 degrees in the city and the aircon was struggling. My friend had a room down the hall and hers worked perfectly....

Good variety for breakfast, including deli meats and a variety of filled croissants. Clean. Very close to Milano Centrale train station. Friendly and helpful staff.

Adapters are not provided for the fridge and kettle unless requested for. The mattress I had was too soft and the bed creaked, though my companions had no issue with theirs. Slight smell in the room that I got used to after a while. Mildly inconvenient to have to buzz the entrance of the building whenever entering.
