LOVED this place! All the staff were amazing and we felt super secure with someone at the desk 24hrs. We'd had our original B&B accommodation cancel on us the day before so we had found Biocity last minute and so we were feeling a bit out of sorts and not really sure what we would find there. But what we found was accommodation gold :-). Because we'd booked for 3 nights, and an upgraded room was available, they kindly put us in it. Everything from the massive and super comfortable bed to the ambient lighting to the decadent ensuite to the spacious corner balcony. Location was awesome. Honestly, we felt like royalty. Thank you for having us! 🩵

The service desk runs 24hrs so we could check-in even though we arrived after 22:30. The staff (esp. Silvio - you're the best!) were friendly and professional and we received a pleasant surprise of our room being upgraded (free of charge) to celebrate my wife's birthday. The room was clean and provided good privacy. The bed was comfortable (especially the bedding) and heating kept the room comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all the essentials (soap, shampoo toilet paper). Breakfast had a small but good selection of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries organic fruits, juices and a barista that served very decent coffee (had an espresso *it's Italy ^^ and a cappuccino). The location is close enough to walk with light luggage from the train station (Milano Centrale), but there are many public transportation options if you have heavy/big luggage. The staff were knowledgeable of the city and gave us much more affordable and enjoyable options for things to do and places to eat which we appreciate. We will definitely remember Biocity for future visits to Milano.

Shower floor was a bit slippery, no body lotion was provided in bathroom.

Breakfast offered a really good variety of options, including several organic choices, homemade cake, and excellent coffee. Drinkable water and a selection of organic teas were freshly available every day. The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and has a nearby metro station. The staff are extremely friendly, both at breakfast and on reception. I would like to give a special mention to Silvio, who is extremely polite and helpful, always thinking of ways to make guests feel comfortable and well-guided.

The rooms were very clean and well presented. The bathrooms were large and well built. All in all, despite it being a very small hotel, we were happy with our rooms (although glad not to be in the ground floor rooms (which were startlingly close to the lift and reception). The staff were very nice and helpful. It was a short 10-12 minute walk to Centrale station.

The soundproofing was pretty poor. On our first night, we heard our neighbours talking very loudly till about 11pm and they also woke us with their animated conversation at 6.30am the next day. Not ideal, but thankfully, they were replaced with new quieter guests the next night. We heard them too, but it didn't disturb us. It was surprising how clearly we could hear everything and we couldn't figure out why, because the walls seemed fairly solid.

Great little property, about a 10 minute walk from Milan Central FS. Very quiet at night and nice comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. We appreciated having a safe, a small fridge, and a hot water kettle, along with the ecofriendly design. Wonderful front desk staff—thank you for loaning us a wine bottle opener. Will absolutely stay here on my next trip to Milano.

You do have to take your luggage up a few stairs from the street into the lobby, it isn’t flat, so this may be something to consider if you are mobility impaired or your luggage is very heavy. Once inside the hotel there is a lift to get up to the rooms.

We had a lovely short trip to Milan to celebrate a birthday and our stay was made all the more wonderful thanks to Biocity and its brilliant staff. A special mention to Sylvio, who was amazing throughout. From the get go he made us feel very welcome and was showing us where to go and how to get around easily and answered all of our (many!) questions. He made us feel very special during our stay and throughout was always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable during our trip. We had been given beautiful rooms with balconies which were clean, modern, and comfortable with lovely touches that made the difference like water that is refilled daily. The hotel is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood compared to other parts of the city. Despite it being less central, you're only a max. 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro stop to access the centre of the city easily, and are about the same distance from central station, making it the ideal option if you're planning on incorporating day trips to places like Lake Como and to access other cities e.g., Verona. We will certainly be staying here again, and will be recommending it to all of our friends/ family! Thank you Sylvio and the team at Biocity ⭐

In general the quality/price ratio in Milan is really poor. Hotel rooms in Milan are super expensive and the quality is often barely acceptable. This hotel has a decent quality for the price, considering it is Milan but do not expect a WOW effect for the price you pay. The lights in the room and bathroom were not particularly strong, in case you have to work when outside is dark.

Amazing staff, one of the best staffs I engaged with! Very nice and very polite team. Very very clean hotel. Breakfast was great, very tasty coffee. Also we used additional services: Sauna and stored our bags in a storage room. We travelled with a dog, so it was also very easy to organise in this hotel, we just payed additional cleaning fee, which is a standard now in many hotels. I will come definitely again to this hotel!

We liked everything! Actually only one main thing, maybe check out at 12, and not at 11 would be nice. But again we were offered late check-out for an additional 20 euro fee. P.S. And to Sauna-service nice to add a hot-tube, but I think it might be tricky to service it.

What was not to like!! Everything was perfect for our stay and requirements. We would have preferred Air conditioning working but I think all the hotels switch off Air conditioning from mid September. But Staff happily provided us with Stand alone Fan to meet our requirements. Breakfast was limited selection but everything was Fresh and of best quality. All Staff (Aarsh, Gianluca, Silvio, Josh and short lady at Breakfast) were always smiling, wonderful and happy to help. Our room was clean and spacious.

This was such a nice hotel in a pretty non-descript part of Milan but it was very close to the train station (which is why I picked it) and the little 1920s tram line so it was ideal for zipping about the city on the tram or metro. I am so glad I chose it - it is lovely! The comfiest bed of our multi location trip and the room was lovely and cool and maintained this even though we turn aircon off at night. I loved the eco credentials of this hotel and all of the staff were very friendly.
