The hotel is located ideally to 5 min walking from Milano Centrale train station and 3 minutes to the metro station. The staff is very friendly and always wanting to help. The breakfast was good, you could find a selection of cold cuts or fresh baked goods, so everyone’s taste can be satisfied. The room was really clean and neat even though the room that we stayed in is in need of a repair asap, we hope this is going to happen soon as we notice that the stairs and the outside of the building is recently renovated.

The overall experience was great, the location makes to forget about other inconveniences. The only thing that bothered us was a constant background noise that was hearing, we thought first it was the refrigerator, but after we took the plug out we figure it is the water that is running trough the pipes lines, and I think this sound is present only in the room from the right side when you exit the elevator, as we spoke with other guests that were standing in rooms to the left side of the elevator, and they didn’t hear anything from their rooms. Also the room is in need of a repair, but this aspect was easy to forget about because the cleaning was perfect, and we didn’t mind that some things looked overused.

Chose this hotel for location right near Milan Central train station due to late arrival from airport. Only a few minutes walk which was very convenient. Very friendly staff member on night duty at check in. Single room contained all I needed - free wifi, single bed, desk, cupboard with storage. Bathroom was very generously sized and beautifully filed. Soap and shower cap amenities were all I needed. Clean and simple and convenient - exactly what I wished for after a day of long travel and to freshen up before next destination!

A few of the overhead lights in the bathroom didn't work so there wasn't much light when actually in the shower (the lights that worked were over the basin) - a very minor issue.

Close to train and public transport and eateries. 1st room was good size and everything worked but had low water pressure.

On our third day when we got back for the evening we were told we had to swap rooms . We started to get ready when they knocked on door to say we didn't need to move yet - all very confusing and frustrating. We had to take all our bags downstairs next morning and come back in the afternoon when the new room would be ready. I requested free breakfast for the inconvenience and was declined. The new room was incomplete with plumbing and light fittings still in work.

Very close to Milano Central station which was convenient for an early morning transfer to the airport. Also very close to multiple Metro lines for easy access to the key tourist attractions. We only stayed here for a short stay but it was comfortable enough for us. The staff were very friendly and reception is 24/7 so there is always someone around if you need them. The restaurant around the corner is a must visit if you stay here it’s called Ristorante Pizzeria San Giorgio and their pistachio and burrata pasta is delicious!!

The bed was comfortable at first but I found throughout the night the sheet kept slipping off because there was a waterproof mattress protector and it tended to sink a bit in the middle, the rooms could do with a little bit of a decor refresh but all in all it was comfortable, convenient and available when we needed it!

Breakfasts not included in price but can be had for 10 euro per day. Good selection of food. I did not realize city tax was not included but still a good price for Milan. It has three steps at the front but staff carried my bag up the steps when they saw I am an old person. Very handy to railway station and bus terminal for transport to airport and to food markets at Central Station. Bed was made every day and bathroom cleaned.

For the price I thought it was a good place.

Convenient location either take express train from MXP airport to Central Station or take airport bus to nearby Central Station, then walk 5min to hotel. Apart from Central Station, there is another station nearby. The 24h reception is good as I arrived very late. Staff are helpful. Many paintings with bible stories inside the room or on corridors. Very hot water for enjoyable shower.

Room is pretty small like those in Japan. I lived on the ground floor and room window facing the street. For sat night it was a bit noisy even after midnight. But Friday was ok.

All the staff worked very hard to accommodate you to the best of their abilities, they all are super friendly and willing to make you feel at home. Breakfast area is extremely comfortable and it was really good as well. Room and bathroom were completely clean and they offer luggage storage if you arrive early. Very near to the hotel you'll find a metro station that gets you to the city's center in no more than ten minutes. Overall it's a great option around Milan and will definitely take it into account if I ever visit again.

The room was comfortable, clean. There was hot water all the time, it was warm, the air conditioner worked, and the toilet had all the necessary things. Bed linen is changed every day, the staff was helpful. We liked that they kept our luggage all day, the hotel is 5 minutes from the main train station. If we come to Milan, we would be happy to come again to Club Hotel.

I have no remarks.We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that.

The location is close to the Central station like 6 minutes walk. Reception is open 24/7. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for one night and it was great. Restaurants within easy reach. Good breakfast! After check out you can also leave your luggage for as long as you need.

Good location, close to Centrale FS station and also Sondrio station is in 3 minutes. New furniture in the bathroom. Small breakfast, but everything is good and fresh. Very nice people at reception. Especially an older man, who helped us with toothpaste even at night 😁

Old furniture, old windows and bad sound insulation. You can hear everyone.
