The location was very good. It was next to the central train station (as well as metro lines), and since my flight was a few hours after check out, they allowed me to leave my bag. The hotel is family-run, and the staff is very lovely. I felt safe while travelling alone. The room was cleaned and freshened up every day. The hotel also had a curfew, but that didn't bother me.

The only thing I didn't like was the heating. It was too hot and dry in the room. The building has centralised heating, so neither the hotel staff nor I can change this. I had to open the window once in a while.

The location is excellent. It is close to the Central Station, which is not the most posh area in the city, but it provides a nice gateway to all points in the city.

On weekends, when garbage is taken out from OTHER establishments around the hotel, it makes a lot of noise. The elevator is a great convenience, but it can be 'occupied' at critical time periods. Opening of the gate from inside on weekends is not intuitive to foreign visitors, although that may actually be a positive for the system!

The location was perfect for me. Super close to central station which I needed. The hotel is a family run business and they were very friendly during my stay. My room was lovely and clean and very spacious. I already knew about the curfew as it's already down in the hotel info, so I'm not sure why a few people were complaining about this. Between 1am and 5am, the hotel is locked. This didn't bother me as I'm usually back way before that but I did feel it added an extra layer of security that other hotels don't. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family and will stay again if I visit Milan in the future.

This little family-run hotel is in a wonderful location, being 7min away from the railway station and also the buses which take you to the airports. The room had all the necessary amenities - even the hairdryer, which I truly appreciated! - and the towels were changed every day, which makes a huge difference in +32C heat. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful.

The room did get a bit stuffy, what with the heat outside and lack of air conditioning inside, but it wasn't too bad.

Hi! I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very convenient location, easy to get to all the most popular places in Milan. The bus from the airport comes directly to the centre, not far from the hotel. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. Very kind and nice owners of the hotel were helpful. It is a family hotel. No problems were curfew - All specified in advance when booking, so I didn't even feel a problem with this point. Walked from morning to evening (before 1 a.m.) so I had no problem, with this. People read the booking terms and conditions before writing surprises from this punt. The owners of the hotel were courteous so I wish them success

Warm. Close to train station. Borrowed a cup and saucer each day. Took a travel kettle. Nice to have a balcony and a clean room every day. Very decent towels. Hot shower every time. Plenty of wardrobe space.

At the weekend, the front gate is locked, so it came as a bit of a shock to appear to be locked out. There is a bell on the wall. My room was quite close to the reception. Any chat from there carried along the corridor.

Really amazing staff - it's a family run hotel which gives a comfortable feel, I felt very well taken care of and safe there. The bed was huge and comfy, and the room was really clean! The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the central station which makes journey to and from the airport really easy.

The walls are kind of thin so you may hear noises from the reception depending on where the room is

Everything was really perfect, especially staff. They are very reliable, helpful and open to help me and they gave me all information that I needed for my stay. The room was specious, clean and bright.

Maybe a little noisy, but considering that the main station in Milan is across the street, that's normal.

Hotel Ada is literally in front of Centrale. If you're a tourist who will be commuting in-out of Milan often, this is ideal. The hotel is run by a family and they are very sweet. We could check-in early as well. The room is cleaned everyday, if you leave the premises by 10.30am.

The hotel doesn't have a kitchen and/or food at disposal. It is more like a guest-house. You can't enter from 1am-5am as the hotel closes its doors. If you're someone who will go out to party, this is not the place for you. We had to be concious of this and it was rather forceful to manage this on occasions. The hotel staff doesn't let you take the keys with you. It wasn't a problem for us but if you have valuables, you should anyway be cognizant of this.

Location next to the central station. Perfect for day trips which is why I chose this place. I didn't mind the traffic noise outside but take this into account if you are a light sleeper. Friendly and helpful staff.

I wish there was a small refrigerator in the room. I wasn't a fan of having the room cleaned up every day, could have done with longer intervals.
