Ideally located with trams to the city centre nearby. There is a small supermarket downstairs for food and daily necessities. It's safe to dine out in the evening and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The room setting is comfortable for taking rest after long sightseeing. Basic utensils are available for cooking. The view outside is very nice.

Fan function of the air conditioner is not working but luckily it is safe to open the French windows.

This place has a good location, you are 10 minutes away from the nearest subway which is Zara if I’m not incorrect and this subway line gets you to the Duomo, so I believe this is a great deal. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, it has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. In general, the staff is very nice, in case you need to leave your luggages before check in or after check out, it is possible to do it. The room was very big, which I loved it, the bathroom as well was very clean and the bed was big enough for my boyfriend and myself. I liked this place and I would recommend to pick it in case you are planning to go to Milano.

Good clean apartment which looked newly built/renovated. Two rooms are on different floors reached by a stairway which is a nice looking staircase but is has rather sharp edges. The linen and towel were sparkling white: the cleaning was done on alternate days Our request for late checkin was well accommodated although not late checkout. The Malpensa airport is very far (taxi costs about 150 Euros ) but a taxi in about 25 Euros will take you to the central train station from where there are airport shuttles. You can also take a tram from a nearby station and change if you have less luggage. The food superstore is nearby so are some nice restaurants. Overall, nothing to complaint about, but can do with 24* 7 reception and cleaning on a daily basis and a washing machine (it has a dishwasher).

the room was very clean. the kitchen was clean and had all the equipment to make breakfast.

the shower was extremely small for no reason as the bathroom was spacious. the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the bed being up a flight of very tricky stairs ment going to the toilet at night was impossible.

I booked 3 apartments for a group of 9 people based on previous reviews. The location is about 15 minutes by foot to Zara Metro station and also to Garibaldi Centrale Trains station. The loft was very clean and the spacious with kitchenette, kitchen utensils, nice bedding linens and big clean new towels. Next to the hotel is a supermarket which was very convenient. A lot of restaurants in the area. Staff was very helpful.

Our only dissapointment was there was NO English News channels nor English movie channels. All movie channels were dubbed to Italian. Hope the hotel will program some English channels for foreign tourist.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which impressed me with its exceptional cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The location is perfect, just a short walk from a metro station that makes reaching the Duomo center easy and convenient. Additionally, the spacious room provided plenty of comfort, and the seamless late check-in and early check-out made my arrival and departure after working hours a breeze.

The room is very nice and spacious. It is close to the metro station. Although they have some renovation going on in the building, we didn’t have problem with the nuisance.

The reception close at 21:00, so it was not convenient for the check in. We checked in online because we planned to arrive at 21:00. The apartment informed us that they will send some information but we didn’t receive it. Luckily we arrived 5 minutes before 21:00, so we were able to check in at the reception.

Excellent size room for a family with teenagers, the two floors are ideal. Possibility to self cater is welcomed especially with the supermarket just around the corner.

The lower floor is much colder than the top floor obviously so extra blankets were needed. The rooms are not especially soundproofed so noise from the street is audible. Male receptionist not very enthusiastic...

Very good place to stay in Milan, especially as a family. Spacious rooms with an equipped kitchenette. AC available, bathroom is comfortable big. There are closets to keep clothes. There's elevator access to rooms (we are traveling with a baby, so it was much appreciated). Price was high for accommodation but good compared all other places in Milan. Milan is quite overpriced in terms of accommodation. There's no breakfast available at the place, but as mentioned, there's a kitchenette in the room and a supermarket right below. I'd recommend this place and I'd stay here myself next time.

We liked everything.

Wonderful loft room with 3 beds, kitchen & walk in wardrobe. Huge windows with Juliet balconies. Extremely comfy beds, cleanliness top notch. Away from city centre but convenient for direct tram line (number 2) stop is 5 mins walk from hotel. Excellent value for Milan. Easy check in. 100% would stay again. Was only there for 1 night but could comfortably stay a week.
