Very good place to stay in Milan, especially as a family. Spacious rooms with an equipped kitchenette. AC available, bathroom is comfortable big. There are closets to keep clothes. There's elevator access to rooms (we are traveling with a baby, so it was much appreciated). Price was high for accommodation but good compared all other places in Milan. Milan is quite overpriced in terms of accommodation. There's no breakfast available at the place, but as mentioned, there's a kitchenette in the room and a supermarket right below. I'd recommend this place and I'd stay here myself next time.

We liked everything.

The apartment is very comfortable, large, bathroom also. The area is very nice, not center, but if you are not the first time in Milano, you can discover incredible places such as Bosco Verticale with all the business buildings around, innovative design. Nice terraces in the area, especially Birreria Spiller, worth trying it! Carrefour market next to the entrance to the apartment building.

We had a problem with the AC that didn't work properly, only the ventilator worked without chilling and we couldn't turn it off , it was impossible to sleep with that noise. We called at the emergency number posted at the reception and with a videocall we were given instructions to unplug it from the electricity panel. Without AC and after a hot day, it was a bit difficult to sleep, the apartment being at the last floor.

Staff was very kind.

Shower, the shower had is fixed so you cant take a shower without wetting your hair and they dont provide a shower cap!

The room was spacious.

The staff. I had a problem with my car so I run a little late. it seems the staff is only available until 6pm. when I got there I was having problems paying the parking so I asked for help and the staff was not even nice enough to help me which will only would have taken a minute of his time. He was very busy at the computer. I asked for a coffee maker and he said that he needed to look to see if there was one but never got back to me either. The AC is very weird so it’s impossible to set the temperature it becomes very hot or very cold depending on the outside temperature.

Excellent location (we went to a concert and the hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the concert venue, a few minutes from the metro station that takes you straight to city center, and a few minutes from a parking garage). Very clean apartment, great looking with a spacious bathroom and beds on the upper gallery. The included kitchen looks useful if you stay awhile (but bring your own knife as the kitchen knife couldn't cut anything). Air conditioned room, great for the hot and humid weather. Nice and friendly staff who let us leave luggage at the reception when we arrived too early for check-in, allowing us to go see the city first (the luggage room even has a small bathroom where you can freshen up!). There is a store in the building with an entrance just around the corner, a big plus!

Kitchen utensils not very useful (dull knife). I have to nitpick because it was otherwise superb.

The loft was nice and inviting. Right around the corner is a supermarket with the basic necessities. Within 20 min walking you can be in the city center.

The receptionist was a replacement, so she didn't know yet where everything was and how everything worked. This prevented us from dropping off our luggage in the morning and meant we had to wait a while before we could go into town. But once she was settled in a bit, she did her best to accommodate us. Local tax needs to be paid in cash. This was not clearly communicated to us and we barely scraped it together onsite. There are no basic supplies for cooking or anything, so if you just stay for the night and want to cook, you'll need to buy oil/salt etc, which will always be more than you need.

The air con was amazing, was 37 degrees and was a nice relief coming back to the apartment. Was really spacious and had everything you needed for a few days away.

Only things which need improvement are the doors in the apartment are really hard to get in and out off. Also the hairdryer goes off after 2 minutes to cool down and won’t come back on til it’s too cool, so took a while to dry my hair (basically bring your own!)

Exceptionally good modern hotel.Our room was nicely designed, two levels with the spiral staircase, all walls were glassy, a lot of space, a lot of air, nice view. Comfortable beds, handy compartments to put your stuff in. Nice bathroom too. Thanks we had a great stay. Check in was easy.

None that I could think of.... Well, one thing everyone should consider - check- in time is not later than 6 pm. We were lucky we arrived just before 6😁

The apartment is big enough. Comfortable bed located on the upper floor of the loft. Not convenient for old people though. It has big windows and plenty of light. Our preferences were taken into consideration. We enjoyed it very much.

The acoustic isolation could be better. You can hear your neighbours. This is the weak point of this apartment. Also, cleanliness could improve.

The staff were really great and let us leave our bags since we arrived before check in so we could go get some lunch. They were quick to respond to any issues e.g. running out of toilet paper or a faulty light switch. The room was really well provided with enough space for 5 people + wardrobe space. The AC was really strong and necessary for the high temperatures of Milano. Everything was super clean & the kitchen was great with 4 hobs for cooking, a fridge, a mini dishwasher, pots, a kettle, cutlery, glasses, and plates. Top tip: The towel warmer in the bathroom is great for drying clothes if you are handwashing!

No detachable shower head (but it's negligible and didn't impact the overall stay)
