Location, staff, housekeeping, service and concierge. The reception are kind and helpful in all terms. They upgraded our room when they know about our hustle parking our cars and drop off our luggage. They provide a 20% discount for the parking area and will help you for Milan entrance ticket. They keep contacting you before reaching the hotel to ensure you have all information you need

Bathroom was a bit messy, water is coming out of the shower because the door was not closing properly. The windows curtains are not closing fully which will not prevent the sunlight in the morning. Also, you can hear the whispering next door.

Reception was very helpful. They wrote me in advance, let me in before check in time, arranged airport transfer at fair price. Room was cleaned really well. Tea, coffee, slippers, Aqua Di Parma cosmetics - all was great. Location is superb. For those who plan to come, find Dior boutique- hotel is exactly on the opposite side of the street. I had a room with terrace over Monte Napoleone. Breakfast is not available at the property, but there is Illy cafe just few doors further. Restaurant downstairs is great too.

As in every place I’ve stayed in Milano in winter - wind is blowing from under the windows. And I had to keep my feet up. Especially at night it becomes very cold. Though for summer this wouldn’t be an issue.

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love the location; it's convenient and very safe. At the entrance hall, there is a good restaurant with friendly staff.

We hope that they can renovate the place because it looks a bit outdated and also change the pillows. Other than that everything is fine

We love the location of hotel. It is very nice decorated, love the soap from aqua di parma.

I would prefer more sound proof room, very noisy from the street. They are redecorating stores, picking up trash in the middle of the night. Also very lound from the hall infront of room, since we were by the reception.

The location was excellent, but the amenities provided in the room were insufficient. Also, the terrace was nothing like what was shown in the photos. Honestly, the hotel looks much better in the pictures.

Location is absolutely great if you want to be in the center, right in the middle of the high end shopping street and pedestrian areas, short walking distance to site seeing, many restaurants The room had all you need, was modern and clean Discounted price was a good deal Great and friendly up front communication with the hotel including giving tips on where to park

Wifi connection could be better, room was small (but had all you would ask for, including minibar and air conditioning), was expecting a room with a balcony, which was not the case, view is on a backside but not unpleasant

Location is perfect. Safe and quiet. Easy to reach by car but not for parking they will guide for the nearest parking spot and it is almost 4 min walk away. Rooms were okay but very basic and small in size.

I got a lot of insects bites , there was tiny fly bugs Ac not very cold but okay.

The location of the property is excellent it is located right in the hearth of fashion square and ideal for shoppers. Our room had a nice terrace with the garden view.

It is more like a renting small apartment rather than a hotel. But they provide front desk (not 24hr) and daily cleaning of the room

Room was beautiful and spacious, also had a great view from the window. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the property had a lift which made getting in and out with my suitcase so easy. Would 100% book again.

The shower leaked a little and the rubber at the bottom was worn away a little, no a massive issue just a little annoying. It didn’t affect my overall view of the hotel which was great.
