Excellent location, close to Cadorna station to reach Malpensa airport (45 min) and a few steps away from via Dante, to visit Castello Sforzesco and Duomo. Beds were very comfortable and staff was very kind. I liked having a small fridge on my bedroom and free fresh water.

I found the double bed too small (it’s probably just a double bed!). I sleep with my little one, and I like to put some pillows on the side so she doesn’t fall off. After putting the pillows there was hardly any room left for us!! The other room we booked was just two single beds put together, instead of a single bed, which I find very uncomfortable. I don’t think this is the hotel fault, but I was lead to believe breakfast was included (I filtered breakfast included in the search on booking’s website) and the description says something like “a varied breakfast awaits you”. Well… it only awaits you if you fork out €15 per person!!! So we didn’t take it, but were disappointed as it would be nice to have it included, for the price we paid for the rooms.

Great location, in the heart of Milan. Amazing value for money.

One very small elevator served the whole hotel. The hotel wanted to sell us umbrellas when we asked for one when it was raining, most hotels I have been to usually provide this free of service. Room wasn't amazing, but still, its good value for money.

Being greeted by Sophia who checked us in and provided friendship and advice was a bonus after traveling all night. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel location was central and an easy walk to the sights. The hotel is fortunate to have someone like Sophia at their front desk. Great restaurants also in easy walking distance. Also breakfast choices and service in hotel were excellent.

Honestly we were nicely surprised to have found such a lovely hotel like this in the center of Milan. Everything was modern, clean, and the breakfast was delicious and well worth what we paid. The team went above and beyond to recommend placed for us to go and the breakfast team member was so detail oriented and personable. I would book again in a heartbeat. The rooms were also very decently sized.

a very nice place in downtown Milan and it has very good value for the money ...the staff is exteremly helpful ....I remmber there was 2 girls one nmaed Sofia and the other i think Martha ...( may be) ...both of them nice nad helpful and when i check out ...we had lots of luggage to fit in the car ...a guy came and helped us to fit them in the car trunk and it tured to be the hotle owner himself ....i belive he is a German man who love Italy and italian culture .......it was a nice expierence for me .....

there was no boiler in the rooms .......so if you need hot water you have to go downstair .......

The location of the hotel was very good-very much in the centre with lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Our room was very quiet with an excellent bathroom and very comfortable bed. The aircon was quiet and meant the room was a very good temperature for sleeping.

The hotel has a list which is great but the lift is small and there is only one lift for the hotel. This meant that at times there was a wait for the lift. The other thing travellers should bear in mind is that the hotel is quite a distance from the central railway station. There is a metro station across the road but heavy suitcases are not easy on the metro. We took a taxi from the hotel to the railway station and it was only 12 euros-the best way to do it.

Amazing location, 5 - 10 min walk from the cathedral! Location was great but up a small alley. Close to trainstation for Melpensa Airport - 16 euro one way.

No curtains, only voils

The hotel is absolutely in the center, but in a quiet little street. The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful, like on the reception or in the breakfast kitchen. Breakfast has a lot of variety, they are making fresh plates as well. Room was big and clean, bed is comfortable. Highly recommended.

Very good value for money, when I booked it was cheeper than average in Milan. Close to Duomo and Palace. Very good lobby for work.

Poor internet quality downstairs in the lobby.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff . Although I was really early for check in but they provide the early check in as the room was available. The room was clean.

The room was a little small which wasn’t a very huge issue but would be great if I had enough space for my luggage
