Quiet far from metro station , 15 min walk

The staff - never met someone as kind as the guy on the reception. The room was very spacious, with new furniture, extremely clean. Great Tratoria just at the end of the street.

Neighborhood - it’s not very close to the metro station. You have to walk at least 10-15 minutes.

For value for money travelling as a couple couldn’t be better to be honest. The man checking everyone in was lovely. Very pleasant to talk too and was super kind with checking us in very very late as our flight was delayed. Room was clean and won’t get much better for the price in a major city!

Only negative is that it’s a bit of a trek to Milan centre by foot. However there is a train line 5/10 minute walk away which takes you to Milan central. Other than this, couldn’t say a bad word for what you’re paying for!

Loved the staff, we lost our way we got to the wrong train and showed up for the check in at the middle of the night but that wasn’t the problem because the receptionist waited us so well,small comfortable rooms, you have to change a bus and 1-2 metros to go to the Duomo but for me that wasn’t a problem.

The only issues I have is that this is the only hotel so far that you have to pay 1€ for a towel change,even if it’s not expensive at all but still I don’t get that because if you’re staying for a whole week you’ll need to pay for that towel. Overall great,recommend it

The staff is the kindest and he truly makes your stay really comfortable and relaxing. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. You have your own air conditioner controller to set the temperature. The toilet was also super clean. Also the very affordable and delicious breakfast was amazing. The cappuccino and the croissant was so delicious. I truly enjoyed me stay in Hotel Convertini and given the chance to visit Milan again, I’ll know where to stay.

The hotel is a little far from city center but that’s no issue. With the metro station around 10 mins away plus the bus that drop right infront of the hotel, it makes it no issue.

Excellent value for money. It's a bit out of the city centre, but easy to reach with the metro and a 10 minutes walk. Excellent staff. Clean, modern and comfy room. I suffered some noise from the street outside. Good breakfast, which can be supplemented with some goodies from the bakery just beside. Overall, an excellent choice to visit Milan on a budget.

Some noise from the outside road. The walk from the metro is through a neighbourhood that feels safe, but if one goes a bit out of the path, one might find some shady areas. Limited options for dinner around.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Very clean. The place is great for a short stay. It's near to public transport. There is very good bakery next door where you can buy delicious pizza, amazing bread, filled zucchini and aubergine, etc.

You have to push the button for the water every 10 seconds when you have a shower.

Perfect biker hotel when using motor touring.com in Milan. Bike parking inside the gate and super friendly staff. Lidl right around the corner for cheap basic supermarket needs.

Not a big breakfast person, but they have it for 5 euro. Not a big spread, but if you are the type who is hungry after your 8 hour journey through slumber land, it will suffice. Fantastic coffee.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nicer than expected after seeing the outside. We went for football so needed to get to the San Siro. About 10 minute walk to the metro then it was a bit of a slog the rest of the way (our fault for not researching distances better). Not so far to get to Milano Centrale though. Room was nice, very clean but, being British, I did miss having a kettle for tea 🤣 Would stay again for a night or two.

I liked that the room was very clean and it had everything you needed. A huge bonus was the AC that was very strong that at some point even made the room very cold, which was welcomed with the extremely high temperature outside. The staff was super friendly and smiley and helpful, I never saw such a happy receptionist. The price was good and even convenient because you got everything expected in a room and it was way cheaper than other hotels in Milano.

i have to admit that it’s kinda far from the Metro. on hot summer days you will feel the distance
