-The receptionist Ilaria was super nice. She even showed us the different room options, so we could check the rooms out before we booked the upgrade. Furthermore she helped us to pay the tax for the car. We did not know that every car has to pay a tax for driving in the center of Milano. -The location of the Hotel is very good 10-15 min walk from the Duomo. Next to a park and the Fashion district. 10 min walk from Brera (district with a lot of restaurants and bars)

The evening dinner was unfortunately terrible, the waiter tried really hard to be professional but the chef should feel ashamed at the standard of food served, I was served half a flattened chicken with frozen potato wedges and my wife’s dinner was cold. A child would have done a better job. We had a great day and didn't want to spoil it by complaining and laughed it off but other diners did complain, we didn’t dine there again, such a shame, everything else about the hotel was great.

I liked the cleanliness most. The place was so clean, the rooms were cleaned daily and I looked forward to returning after a long sunny day. Required basic items like robes, slippers, etc, were available The staff were quite helpful and I was granted early check-in and late check out without stress. It was a smooth stay. There was a mini bar which was handy but it's nice to tell people ahead of time that it's not complementary and anything taken out would be paid for at checkout. Note that the area is in the city centre but at the end sort of, you walk an average of 18 mins to get to close tourist destinations like Duomo but there's a bus stop around the corner.

Property was clean and the customer service was excellent. The room was a bit small for two people; however, we made it work. During our stay, our room got hot, The staff was nice enough to bring us a fan. The continental breakfast in the morning was good.

It would be helpful for the hotels in Italy to share when the AC is not on. During our stay, the AC had not been switched on yet and it was in the 70s. We were told that the AC would be turned on April 10. There are other hotels in Milan that had AC during this time. For the breakfast, I just wished that they had fresh fruit instead of canned fruit.

Location in a quiet area near a park, within walking distance from all key points to visit in Milan

The fact that we booked and paid for two deluxe large rooms (advertised as 22 sq.m) for two adults and two childern, but when we arrived, two inferior rooms were presented instead. The woman at the reception had a nervous breakdown when we requested our rooms and said we were free to go somewhere else if we did not like it. The next day one of the rooms was changed, but not both. The behaviour of that woman at the reception was a nightmare we will always remember. Children were scared when she was shouting.

The location of Hotel Manin is very convenient—only a 15-minute stroll to La Scala and 20 minutes to the Cathedral, yet situated in a very quiet quarter of Milan, right at the corner of a park. The room was spacious enough with a well-planned bathroom. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was very tasty, including a variety of gluten-free bakery items. The staff greeted us with hospitality and care. We had a very pleasant stay.

The parking associated with the hotel is located within walking distance and is very expensive.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The room was perfect, good size etc and the bathroom was enormous with warm towels and everything I needed. Good location for us too, close to the park which made it great for our dog!

I asked for a quiet room upon arrival, had forgotten to write earlier. The man in the reception was very sweet and tried to fix this for me. Unfortunately I was given a room opposite the door to the gym, which meant one step and I was inside the gym which probably would not have been quiet as people go to the gym early in the morning. I was then changed to another room by the lady at the front desk who was telling me that the first floor is not bad just because it's the first floor but my room was incredibly noisy during the night with traffic and deliveries to the hotel.. The price value was not great for me.

We liked the hotel's helpful and patient staff both at the reception and at breakfast. The facilities of the room were sufficient, which also included a comfortable bed and numerous pillows. The location of the hotel is perfect - in front of a park and with a green terrace inside.

A small carpet in the room was not that clean. The room was facing the terrace, at which every night there was some kind of a party until 2 a.m. Since we travelled with a child any kind of noise at night was unwanted. The breakfast was the same every day, it was quite good, however absolutely the same. A little diversity could be nice.

The stay was good, clean and good. Train connectivity is good, 6 min walk from the station. For restaurants, groceries, one has to walk little far, approx 2km and you can find carrefoure, all kinds of restaurants, even Indian restaurants. The tram stop is also nearby.

Location, and the hotel does not serve complimentary bottle of water like other star hotels.
