Everything about our stay was exceptional—location, comfort, and luxury were all impeccable! What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding hospitality and thoughtful service we received. A special mention goes to 👌Melisa👌, who went above and beyond by creating a romantic surprise for me and my girlfriend, complete with candles and rose petals arranged in a heart shape. It was a beautiful touch that made our experience unforgettable. The hotel is secure, centrally located, close to premium shops and walking areas, and conveniently near a car park. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We couldn’t have asked for more and left feeling thoroughly satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable stay!

The location was perfect, and the room was beautiful. What truly stood out was the exceptional kindness of SABA, one of the staff members, whose thoughtful assistance greatly enhanced my trip. To be honest, I was quite nervous after reading some negative reviews while in the taxi on the way to the hotel. However, her warm and professional demeanor completely put my worries to rest. The room I stayed in was beautiful. However, the soundproofing could use some improvement. The hotel’s operating system was a bit unconventional and initially confusing, but the friendly and helpful staff made it an enjoyable and unique experience. I wouldrecommend staying here. That said, I don’t think this hotel is the best choice for a family trip with children.

The decor was very nice and the bed was very comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. The style of the rooms is also very nice and chic

They do not have enough keys to provide every customer with one, this is annoying as if you are not one of the chosen few you have to ring the buzzer to be let in every time and there are no food facilities, but that’s not really a problem as it is in a very nice area with lots of food options

The location is very excellent and the staff are very friendly and ready to help and respond to any inquiry or request. An excellent large taxi to the airport was ordered through them.

Entry to the hotel was not clear at first because it is inside a building When entering the hotel, you must use three keys for the gate, the elevator, and the room, and each person cannot have more than one copy of the keys. There is no breakfast with the room, but at the reception there is a coffee machine and some snacks and fruits

Like many Italian properties, you must remember these are old buildings with old plumbing and quirks. Also, it seems that some guests smoke on the premises which can bother some.

We stayed for 2 nights and this place is amazing. Little that we know that it is located on the high street where you can find designer boutiques located on the same street (it’s 2 doors away to Chanel!). This building has lift and the room is equipped with ac. The staffs were very attentive to our requests and highly reachable via Whatsapp. The Duomo and Galleria Emmanuelle is 10 mins away by foot which is not that far away. Over all, I had a pleasant stay at The Couper Sant’Andea.

Wonderful location, beautiful design, very cosy space

Repair is a little patchy at some places, but not a big deal given the location and interior itself. However, the corridor leopard carpet is a bit much. The corridor is tiny and it can be difficult to move through when the maid works.

The location was primo in Milano if you are only there a short time. The property was updated and charming and extremely quiet at night. Good dining was a fifteen minute walk away and Milano Centrale was close by. The staff was exceptional especially Dinesh and Saba!! We thank them for their generous suggestions and information!

The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times

The property is beautiful and has the best location. It is on a third floor. No lobby to the street but it was never hard to access. The staff is always around and happy to help you get in. The rooms have pretty decor and the AC works perfectly. The linens are nice and the bed is comfortable. The shower could be better. (Easy upgrades: better shower appliance, something to put soap and shampoo inside the shower and a thing for the toilet paper)
