1. Outstanding Service: The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. 2. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: the room was spotless, well-maintained, with the most important things needed for a good stay. 3. Tasty breakfast: The breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the quality of the food was top-notch, especially coffee and fresh bread every morning. 4. Convenient Location: The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, central station, shopping, and dining options.

Very friendly stuff and perfect location. The tram is just next to door and 2 metro stations 5 min walk. There is a good middle size supermarket just on opposite side of the street. Breakfast was good and good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable for two persons. There was hot water in shower all the time.

There was a a bit of humidity in bathroom, but it is very usual in Italy, no surprise or discomfort about it. There was no humidity in the room though and no mould anywhere.

The room was bigger than expected, had a mini balcony that over looked the street below. Great location. 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Staff on reception were super friendly and answered any questions we had. Bathroom was very good size. Included a shower big enough for three people. Two shower heads. Complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. Universal European plug sockets there. Hotel itself was located near two small local supermarkets and in the street next to the hotel were some amazing restaurants.

We weren’t allowed to keep our room key when we left the hotel. Not something we didn’t like just something that made us a little uncomfortable as we had valuables in the room like money and passports etc. There is however, someone always on reception so it wasn’t too much of an issue. They made us feel reassured about this. Was probably so room service could tend to the room.

We really loved the location and also the staff. The 2 men from the reception desk and also bar were very nice with us and also everyone(one of them was making coffee in the morning- and it was delicious) . The cleaning was also on point.

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the heating system was not functioning and it was really chilly (also the weather was very bad so it was not helping)

Friendly staff, a 15-minute easy walk to the center, you can take a shortcut through the large park that is right above the hotel or down the street straight ahead. Easy to navigate. The central station is a 10-15 minute walk away, and when we were returning early in the morning, they called us a taxi from the reception and it cost us less than 10 euros. Near the hotel there is a phenomenal sushi restaurant Sushi Kobbo, worth a visit. you just need to make a reservation one hundred days before if you want to have dinner.

The hotel was fine, the only thing that was strange during the night was the sound of a passing tram, so the building occasionally shakes, it feels like an earthquake. It was during the night when it was quiet. We were out of the hotel all day, we literally just came to sleep, so that was the only thing that bothered us the first night, after that we got used to it.

It was my magical trip and I had to stay at this hotel. Most importantly, I felt at home there and not only in the room, but also in the whole hotel. The staff has done everything possible for this and now I know for sure that in Milan I have a family who is always waiting and happy to accept at any time.

One remark, remove the plastic flowers and you will have the perfect hotel, I'm sure

The hotel was cute, and the staff was very helpful.

It can get a little loud at night with party goers on the street over. The tran runs under your window, so that can be a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper. There were not many variety for breakfast, but what they had year got you going. During the booking process, I included 2 adults and 1 kid. However, no second bed was available for kid, so all 3 of us had to sleep on one bed.

The staff was very friendly․ They let me check in very early and provided the room, the breakfast was quite good. The area was quiet.

The only bad thing was that the breakfast was before 9:30 (At least it should have been before 10:30). Also, I had asked for a quiet room, but the room was next to the stairs and the elevator, which in itself made it impossible to be quiet. But it is a very good option for that price.

The room was clean, spacious in size, new furniture. The room was very warm and comfortable. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff, after check-out it was possible to leave luggage until the evening without any problems. Breakfast is quite tasty and full (without hot dishes), fresh pastries, tea, coffee. We recommend it for a vacation.

Good budget room for a quick trip. Would recommend for a solo traveler or couple looking for a quick stay. The rooms had a desk, private bathroom and clean towels. The rooms are a bit dated, however, and I probably wouldn't stay here more than a night. Location was great and the view from the balcony was nice. They have a bar and sell coffee downstairs. Water was hot and wifi works well.

Room was on the smaller side and a little bit dated.
