Everything was great! The hotel was so near in the center, about 10’-15’ by walk, it has metro station about 5’ from the place. Really good accommodation! The stuff was super friendly!!! They helped us to explore the city and they were always so helpful and smiling! Special thanks to Lorenzo, who made us to feel more comfortable, grazie mille 🙏🏻 We are from Greece and it was our first time in Milan, and if we ever come back to the city, definitely we will choose this place for our stay again! The location is perfect! Duomo and other pleace to see are just about 15min walk through Via Torino and it is a pleasant walk with many shops to see. The breakfast at the hotel is just amazing with a lot choices for all the preferences. Croissants are a must!!! It is a quiet and cozy hotel in general. The staff was very helpful to all our requests and made our stay really easy for us and for our son. We will definitely choose Hotel Pierre again in the future!

There are some underground constructions just in front of the hotel entrance and there is not much space for a car to park or to stop. However, I think that those works will end soon and it will get back to normal!

The staff were very courteous and there was a good selection at breakfast. Our room was very big and the en-suite was huge. The hotel was well-situated and we walked into the centre of Milan each day. There are a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby

There was a very limited supply of tea/coffee in the room (3 pods for a coffee machine with tiny paper cups), and we had to call or walk downstairs to get milk. Unfortunately there's a huge amount of building work going on while they install a new metro stop. The hotel is surrounded by scaffolding and boarding covered in graffiti, which makes a walk back in the evening a little intimidating.

The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

The bedroom was very hot. The air conditioning is turned off for the winter and the heating is centrally controlled. They gave us a fan which helped a little but wasn't a solution. We also needed to have a window open in November with close to freezing temperatures outside and building works going on nearby. The in bath shower was poorly designed.

Perfectly located, 20-min walk to il Duomo and nearby areas. Navigli is really close too to the hotel. Service and staff really friendly and courteous, and the rooms neat and tidy. The atmosphere of the hotel resembles the Belle Époque but with fully modernised facilities.

Nothing mostly. Although the breakfast has incredible quality and variety, the food replenishment was a bit slower than someone would think about. Other than that, perfect.

Very nice room, a junior suite, we opted for but no view as we were on 4th floor. The hotel had lovely decor and the room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the staff member on duty at breakfast during our stay was also excellent and very attentive.

The hotel decor was lavish but it does not function like a five star hotel. The bath was very slippery and no handles to assist. No hooks to hang up bath towels or the bath robes which were provided. The coffee machine had only 3 pods. We had 3 tea bags. The staff came to make up the room at 4pm which we thought was late. We sat for over 15 minutes in the bar hoping to get a drink in the evening but the bar attendant was busy talking and never came so we left.

The petit Hotel Pierre Milano was a jewel of a hotel in an area a few blocks away from the Duomo "Cathedral", the Galleria, and La Scala Opera Theatre.My room wallpaper was the La Scala Opera Theatre with rococco decor! The main entrance and bar was if you were entering a museum with pieces of art displayed on various tables. The grand piano was also visible from the main lobby area.

Location close to the the central region, but there was metro construction outside. The single room is small The double room is OK sized for 2 ppl and a child The staff are masked faced (like every one in Italy. The younge bell boy is helpful Also free parking And excellent wifi

Breakfast was excellent. The staff great. The location great. The room clean and roomy enough.

The only plug in the room that accomodated an adapter was located under a desk. This meant that every day we had to get down on all fours to charge phones and appliances. The hotel's restaurant had very limited choices for dinner. our

We stayed at this hotel 2 1/2 years ago and came back to celebrate my wife’s birthday. On the first night there was unfortunately some noise from a neighboring property ( nothing to do with the hotel ) and was a one off incident. The following morning the manager Marchello went over and above to make up for this with a professional and friendly approach. I would recommend this hotel for the location, rooms and cleanliness but most of all for the friendly and helpful staff from the cleaners to the manager.
