The hotel exudes the charm and elegance of Italian aristocracy. It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. The staff were outstanding, with special thanks to Francesca, who assisted us from the start of my reservation and throughout our stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my visit and look forward to the opportunity to repeat this wonderful experience.

I asked for a room with a bathtub and received it. The size of the room with king sized bed was great and comfortable.

I know there were restaurants close by but it would have been nice to have night time snacks like sandwiches and deserts if you didnt feel like going out.

The hotel is beautiful ❤️. The area is excellent. The street is full of a variety of shops not too expensive though pretty fancy. The metro and busses are very close and its very easy to get to any point. If you want to go by foot, it is also very close and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower and toilet were super clean. I'm very satisfied.

The only thing was, that our room turned to the street side, and the trains on the street made a bit noise, especially if we opened a double window. But it wasn't really significant compared to the conveniences. Otherwise it was more than fine.

The staff are absolutely fabulous. Friendly, helpful, fun to chat to. I asked for a quiet room and they organized one facing the back which I really appreciated. Bed was comfortable and the curtains blacked out all of the light. All you need for a great nights sleep. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. 10 minutes to the Duomo but far enough away to not be disturbed by the masses. Would stay here again!

Loved the all day refreshment stand in the lobby. I felt guilty using all of those pre-packed plastic cups though. It would be wonderful if they used glasses and cups.

Very central location, 5 mins away from many restaurants bars and various shops. 15min walk to cardona train station if looking to go on the underground station to Milan Central Station, you then go upstairs for the main train station. Big bedrooms comfortable beds, continental breakfast tasty if included or pay additional each morning, free toiletries in room, whatever I requested it was in my room later on which is appreciated like teabags, sugar and milk. You hear the rumble of the trams each evening, don't notice this until you go to bed this maybe only on the first floor though we were in room 103,

The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was helpful. The location was convenient to the historic district: we were able to walk to the meeting place for our walking tour of Milan (and back!) There were a number of restaurants in the area, shopping as well. The hotel provided us with umbrellas (which we needed) and the front desk was helpful.

I didn't like that the hotel had no A/C available at the time, only heat. It was quite warm while I was there, and I had to open my glass door to the outside for some relief. Opening the door was not the problem—I didn't feel unsafe for doing so, but it was raining and windy while I was there and I had to take care with leaving it open, closing it when it rained so the wood floor wouldn't get wet.

I loved absolutely everything in this place: 1) Delicious breakfast, included scrambled eggs, sausage, various salamis, proshiutto, smoked salmon, water melon. other fruits, various juices, fresh desserts. 2) Very comfortable bed, soft mattress 3) very modern and spacious bathroom w bidet 4) complimentary water tank in the lobby, very useful in summer during the heat 5) schedule of trains to the airport from the closest metro station - extremely useful, don't forget to ask where it hangs 6) plenty of good quality and very affordable restaurants within a short walking distance, just around the corner 7) This is one of the few times I am writing a review of the hotel, but it is a Gem not to be missed! If I am ever again in Milan, I will never stay in a different hotel.

Everything was just right,

Great small hotel in terrific position. Tram out the front and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Easy to get to all the main attractions. Big room by European standards and nice and quiet with good air conditioning as it was very hot when we were there. Staff were very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on it. There was a nice little outside courtyard area too but unfortunately it was too hot to use it.

Suited us fine but there was a kettle and only instant coffee and a selection of tea bags. Most other places seemed to have a coffee pod machine to make expressos. As tea drinkers we very much appreciated the kettle.

The Hotel Regina is in an ideal location. Trams to the Duomo stop across the street and it’s a short ride to the square. Within the block of the hotel, there are shops with pastries, cheese and meat, groceries, gelato and a pharmacy. The workers at the front desk and throughout the hotel were friendly. Our room was comfortable with windows that opened and looked out on attractive patios in adjacent apartments. A small garden was a quiet place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. I highly recommend the hotel.

Very convenient location, walking distance from major attractions, in a lively neighbourhood with small boutiques and plenty street food options. The hotel is elegantly decorated, warm and classy. Their staff is friendly, yet very district and professional. Excellent breakfast, highly suggested to include it in your booking. Our room was very cosy, with lots of extra amenities. The window view, overlooking internal patios of Milanese houses, just the perfect wake up call!

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfectly balanced and cosy!
