Good sized rooms, very clean. Right next to good transport links. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

No labelling of allergens on the breakfast buffet which made it very difficult to choose food for my dairy intolerant daughter. Some of the waiting staff were not very helpful

I stay at Windsor every time I'm back in Milano, once a year. Feels like my home in Milano. Great location, not too far from the city center, 30 min walk, great location next to the Milano Centrale too. Plenty of places around for good dinner. Breakfast was really good. There is also a supermarket near by.

Room was located on the fifth floor on which the rooms I believe needs some renovation. The room window didn't open and the room had some unpleasant smell of old furniture and stale air, needed some fresh air, because the air conditioning wasn't enough, but no luck with the window.

The sojourn fee is a scam (10 Euros for 2 days).... simply because my booking receipt shows "All tax and Fees included"!! Therefore, WHY charge me city tax AFTER I arrive, especially since I was NOT a tourist; I was in the city for WORK!! The hotel should refund 10 EUROS to me.

The hotel rooms were massive. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and polite. My favourite part of the stay was the breakfast. I have never seen such a large variety of food. The location was great. The train line was just outside the hotel and the metro was a 3 minutes walk away. Duomo is a 25min walk.

The lift doors did unexpectedly shut on me when I went in after somebody came out of the lift. Fortunately it didn’t hurt but probably needs looking at. The bathroom had some black mould. I don’t think this was a cleanliness issue as the room was very clean. I think it just needed re-grouting.

Truly enjoyed the stay: good location - 15 min walk to city center, very stylish modern complex at Porta Nuova nearby; nice room, spacious, fresh furniture, comfortable bed, large bathroom with new facilities; parking at an affordable price few steps away from the hotel; continental breakfast with a variety of choices - would love to come back )

In mid-October it was a bit fresh in the room and air conditioner was managed centrally (not cold, still I would add a couple degrees, if I could); as per many reviews - breakfast area is too tiny, for the scale of this hotel definitely more space is needed

A beautiful hotel nearby business center of Milan, with spacious rooms. Good breakfast served at the restaurant downstairs, where food is great, especially the dinner menu, but a bit pricey for Italy. Easy check-in and check-out process.

It is extremely noisy, from outside due to the position on the big street intersection where old trams run by. The hotel is not sound proof at all, not from insider neither from outside, unfortunaly.

Great location, nice (and renovated) facilities, particularly in the room. Nice decoration around Christmas/new years. Stunning view from the 7th floor. Coffee choice (and quality) was great during breakfast.

The only thing we disliked was the smell in our bathroom (room 723), it really smelled horrible. It appears that they have a big problem with the ventilation system. After telling the staff they tried to fix it but it was still bad thereafter. Breakfast choice was good but could also be better.

Buffet breakfast was great, included cappacinos. Nice hotel and staff were very helpful Had an ironing room which was handy. The room had a large bathroom too, one of the biggest ones we had during our trip. Not too far from main train station and close to the metro.

The location is is situated not too far from the main train station (possibly a 15 minute walk) but is a longish walk to the Duomo so a fair amount of walking.

The hotel is ideally located in between both the central train station and the main city/attractions. Upon arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and asked what bed preference we would like, kindly catering to our needs. The room itself was extremely spacious with a large queen sized bed, bathroom with a double sink, and a separate dressing room with sofa. The breakfast was to a good standard, providing many different options and was replenished constantly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day touring the city.
