The location is 20 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the cathedral and 10 minutes from the wharf where the ferries leave. Therefore, it is a good location for people who want to explore Naples and the surrounding area. The room, despite its location in the very center, is quiet. The cleanliness of the premises is good. Towels, toiletries etc. provided in sufficient quantities. The area seemed safe. The hosts are very nice and provide information and help.

The decoration in the corridor, the clean and comfortable bed room, the well equipped kitchen, the clean toilet are so well maintained and I found the flower pot in the dining table makes a guest feel good. The host was always reachable in whatsapp and so helpful. You will get everything you want for a comfortable stay. That's because, I suppose, the host paid attention to the minute details while designing and maintaining the property. Its indeed like a home away from home! I was been to a conference in the university and I checked with many guests about their stay and find probably my accommodation was the cheapest and best comfortable one! Very near to the station and bus stop and in a place with so many restaurants and shops just few steps walking away. The host helped to book taxi and many other things/suggestions that made my stay pleasant.

There is a procedure to enter to the room, three locks to be opened. One main gate of the building complex, 2nd after the elevator to enter the property and third, the room. And I guess the owner of the property is not always there or live somewhere else. Now for a new guest its tricky unless he/she can contact the owner over phone to know how to open the locks (digital that works with pass number too, apart from the key). This may be a problem for guest (like me) who travelled from the other part of the world without phone/internet connections. Its better to inform the about the procedure before arrival. Only thing missing in the bathroom was a toothbrush/ toothpaste. And may be a slipers.

Very friendly and welcoming host. We arrived late in the evening, but that didn't cause any problems with check-in; the instructions were very detailed and precise. On departure, she allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment until the evening flight. The "Maisonette" apartment is bright and clean, exactly as pictured. High ceilings and large windows that look out onto a quiet street. The external blinds can be lowered with the push of a button. Excellent location. The main tourist sites are easily accessible by foot, though the Duomo metro station is nearby for longer distances.

The beds were uncomfortable and too hard, but that's subjective. As in most places in Naples, the apartment, bathroom especially, is quite humid and cold due to insufficient heating (or no heating at all), but this would not be a problem in the hot season.

Felt instantly comfortable walking into the apartment. Very clean, functional rooms with all necessary basic amenities. Felt very safe once inside the building. The host Alessandra was friendly, helpful and prompt and kept checking on us till we made it to the property. The instructions shared by her were very clear & easy to follow. The area where the property is - relatively cleaner and calmer compared to other areas in Naples. Though it was deserted as we reached the property around 10 PM.

Perfect location, good size room with all the essentials for a few day stay in Naples. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

The mattrace could be a little softer but maybe this is just my personal preference.

Alessandra (the host) was amazing! Super attentive answered any questions we had. The room was also amazing! The pictures don’t do justice to how good the room was. Super clean, super big and with all the necessary amenities! Great price for the quality. I totally recommend!

Everything was great. If I had to point something, it is because I am a little picky with lights when sleeping, and the blinds didn’t close completely in our room and the bed was a little hard. But that’s just me being picky!

Nice room, clean and comfortable, equipped with all you need! Very helpful that there is a shared washing machine available. Easy self check in. Near the metro and the historic centre. Alessandra was always available on WhatsApp.

We stayed for 4 nights and we would appreciate it if somebody picked the rubbish at least (if not change towels also). Nobody showed up in 4 days to take care of the room.

Very clean apartment, spacious and good location. Good aircon in both bedroom and lounge. Very good security also.

The bed was super hard (which may be the Italian way) so it wasn’t very comfortable. There was only one set of keys which made it difficult for us to go out separately as you needed the keys to operate the power. Not a big issue but something to think about.

Great location in the historic city centre, but not in ab overly crowded area. Close to everything, and the host was very pleasant and helpful.

Finding free or affordable parking is like winning the lottery, which is to be somewhat expected considering the area. The mattress was very firm, but personal preferences vary, so this may be a plus for some.

Good location - near city center, near harbor (to go to Capri, Ischia or anywhere else), near train stations. Easy to go around with no car. Good value for money. Inside of the room was very nice - newly furnished, with all relevant amenities (shower, safe-box, wi-fi, tv, hairdryer). The hostess Alessandra was very helpful - replied very quickly, gave us additional things that we asked, arranged taxi to airport. Thanks to her, the stay was as easy as possible:)

There is a balcony, but sadly it is quite small and the view is not that interesting. But it is understandable given, that it is in the city center. So its not a minus, just something to take into consideration:)
