The location of the property is great! Walking distance from all the main points of interest. Being on the sixth floor we were able to see the sea, so the view from the rooms was definitely great! The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I initially added to the reservation a phone number that was not associated to a WhatsApp account. I called them months ahead of my stay and they corrected the information right away and answered all of the questions I had. Carolina, the manager who helped us during our stay was very present, and made sure our rooms were ready for us by the time we arrived. She really went above and beyond!

The elevator is an old 1970s elevator that can be a little unsettling but it is not something that Nacu90 controls. The street is loud and may disturb your sleep, the walls are a little thin, we were able to hear conversations happening in the adjacent room.

The apartment is conveniently situated. Although it is on the main street, it is not noisy when the balcony door is closed. It is very close to the historic centre and also not far to the Port. Although we didn't get to meet the host Vincenzo, he is very helpful and is quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp. The apartment is very nice and clean, and there is a little kitchen just outside the room. We loved that the apartment is very spacious, it does have a balcony but not one you can sit on. Breakfast is provided by a nice cafe next to the apartment, but expect a very simple one of a coffee and croissant.

There is a seaview as stated in the listing, but it has a limited view over roofs.

We had a great stay here. Contactless check-in worked very smoothly, Carolina contacted me by whatsapp ahead of our arrival and gave me all the details required. I was a bit sceptical of this kind of setup but everything was well run, the building and rooms were very secure and safe, incredibly clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchen area where we could refill our water (much needed in the heat). The personal touch was very appreciated, as Carolina reached out to us every day of our stay to ensure everything was ok and offer any advice on places to go/eat etc. The location is also only a 15 minute walk from the train station, and only a 10 minute walk in any direction to a number of great places to visit such as the Spanish Quarter and Via del Tribunali. There's also a ton of great food in the area, so the location is really perfect.

There is a €5 charge for storing baggage ahead of check-in, which is a service usually offered free with most hotels. However I think this is due to the fact that the cleaner is the only person on site, and they arrange for her to meet you and store the luggage in your room which in our case was 2 large suitcases, so minimal complaint. On the flip side you can pay €10 and they will arrange to let you check in early, which is a nice service which more hotels should offer. The only other issue is the air conditioning doesn't do much to cool the room, which can make it a bit hot on a 30 degree day and made sleep a bit less comfortable.

I didn’t realize it was a suite of 3 rooms with a kitchenette this was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were decorated beautifully! They were roomy and the air conditioning was cold if we wanted it that way!Which was perfect! Elevator is a needed bonus if you have a lot of luggage, which we did! Hosts response time was immediate and very accommodating. Remote entry and access was convenient as well as keys available.

Only wish the elevator was bigger but it’s an old building as are most of Italy so they made the elevators small. Not a problem at all just a heads up if you have multiple bags and people make two trips up elevator. I will say the elevator was fast so not a long wait

Beautiful room in a beautiful building right in the centre of town. We loved it!

This is an amazing accommodation. It is located in the heart of the city, close to the Duomo, in an amazing building. Just booking this accommodation guarantees and amazing experience. The room is very clean, modern, big and with a breath taking view. It has a very easy check -in and check-out procedure. Carolina is a great host, friendly and always happy to help with any information.

The day before our arrival to Nacu 90, the owner Carolina contacted us in Whatsapp to give us all the information we needed to get safely to the location. The location was perfect we got to Nacu 90 by walking from the train station and enjoyed the city. we arrived early than expected and we were offered to leave the bags and to enjoy the city freely till we get our room. The room was amazing more than expected ,very clean, well designed, comfortable and the view was spectacular. Carolina is a very kind person she made sure we had an enjoyable experience and recommended places to hang out, shopping and answered any questions we had with kindness and without hesitate. we definitely will recommend this place to our friends and family and hopefully to visit again. The property was very spacious and clean. Located on top floor (level6). Great view from our terrace to watch the big ships arrive. Nice bathroom with hairdryer. Safe available. Air conditioning was good. Full shared kitchen if you want to use it. Netflix available. Location was very central to train and restaurants. Room was very safe and secure. Carol was fantastic in sending us information on restaurants and tours and checking in to see if we were okay.

The front door was very heavy.

We came to Naples for 1 reason only… pizza. We didn’t have high expectations for this city other than the food, but we were blown away by our 1 night stay in Naples! We booked one night at Nacu 90 in mid-April. This hotel was perfect for what we needed - close to all the best pizza spots and lots of options for foodies like us! Nacu90 is close enough to walk from the port (we came from Capri) and is on a super busy corner of central Naples. Check-in experience was super easy and low maintenance/stress. There were 3 suites on a quiet upper floor of a residential(ish) building, all newly updated with comfortable beds and good air conditioners. Lots of space to unpack if you need to. The room at Nacu90 was just what we needed! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience Naples for a quick trip. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit!
