The location is right in the heart of the action in Napoli! The room was small but the bathroom huge and beautiful. The B&B was super clean and I know as I have a giyse cleaning business! But best if all was the staff. The owner and his sister treated us like family. When we left we felt like we were leaving home. I hope to go back one day and that they will visit us in the United States!

The signage for the B&B. When we first arrived at the building we thought we were in the wrong place. After asking advice from someone who just happen to walk in while we were puzzling over whether we had the location correct, they told us indeed the B&B was inside and in the fourth floor.

I highly recommend this B&B. The location is unbeatable: it is located a few meters from Piazza di Plebiscito and via Toledo, right in front of the Galleria Umberto I. The vast majority of tourist sites can be reached on foot. The building is old and it can be a bit complicated to go up with a lot of suitcases, but there are elevators and in the end there is a solution. The rooms are large, very comfortable and with large bathrooms, which is a luxury in Europe. Cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is very good, as long as you like European breakfasts (I love them). The most important thing is the attention of its owner, Signora Anna. A great lady, very polite and very gentle, who makes you feel at home and is attentive to all your needs. One of the best hostesses we have found in Italy. Very grateful for her amazing attention.

The location was really good, right in front of Galeria de Umberto. The building is shared with another hotel and probably with other apartments. The area is safe and the street next to the building has police presence. The breakfast was good and with fresh pasteries. The staff was also friendly.

The room where we stayed was spacious and clean, however the door was next to the breakfast area and the door was poorly soundproof - I am not sure about the other rooms.

The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. When our flight was canceled at short notice, they were very understanding and made sure that check-in was still possible during the night. The location is perfect. Public transport is just a few minutes of walk away. The cleanliness of the room and the B&B in general was also convincing. The breakfast is varied and regional.

The building itself is a bit run down. Due to the central location, it is a bit noisy at night, so not for light sleepers.

Roberto was super nice ans satisfied all of our needs. We visited Napoli for our honey moon vacation,They welcomed us with a bottle or Prosecco and pastries from Reffael Caldierely famous shop. Super fun! We askedn for a recommendation for a close laundry place, but they even washed our clothes in the washing machine for us. Everything was exceptional. Such warm people.! Location is great, 15 sec from Via Toledo street, 2 minutes form Plebicittio piazza. 4 minutes to Muncipio/Toledo metro stations. In the next time in Napoli, we know where to stay. Thanks a lot.

Perfect location for exploring central Napoli and the Spanish Quarter. Modern and very well cared for accommodation with very good facilities. Very warm and welcoming hosts who immediately make you feel at home. Excellent value for money.

There is absolutely nothing we would change about B&B Napoli Centro!

Very good location and service. By default, there is no eggs at the breakfast, however talk to the managers if concern. Good variety of breads. Coffee is great.

A bit difficult to locate the hotel at first, make sure to contact the hotel just before approaching.

Roberto was absolutely fantastic. Our daughter got sick in the middle of the night and we had to call him for more linens. he was there within minutes, changed the bed and gave us a later check-out. He is kind, personable and genuinely interested in making sure you have a great stay. The breakfast was great and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Thank again Roberto for all of your kind attention!

Host was very friendly. The location is great for walking around, eating, shopping and taking the ferry to Capri. The room was large enough for the 3 of us with a bag each. We could use the common kitchen and eat from what they had there at any time.

Very noisy. You can hear everything through the walls. The building has a very bad appearance and there are elevators for only a few floors. We only had hot water if turning on the kitchen faucet while showering (pressure issues)

This really is a hidden treasure... At first you may pass by the B&B since it is located in a typical Napolitan "condomium", very near the via Toledo. Roberto, the owner, gives you a very warm welcome and let you feel like you're at home. Breakfast is excellent: some typical Napolitan sweet pastries, fruit, toast, ... . Just anything you like. On return in the evening or in the afternoon, you can still use the buffet and eat some 'left overs'. Location is very central to bus, metro and even the Funicalare. Touristic attractions (e.g. Piazza Plebescito, Spanish quarter, Castel Nuovo, Galleria Umberto I, Funicalare Central) are all at short walking distance.

There is absolutely nothing that crosses our mind that still could be improved. Visitors should be aware that Naples is a 'noisy' city; nothing the owner can change.
