I chose this property based on the location, the reviews I had read about the property, the photos of the property and the fact that it had a terrace where breakfast could be enjoyed and if desired, one could spend time on in the evening. The property, the terrace and the location exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was delicious and Stefania and Marco were so kind and helpful. As a woman travelling alone to Naples, this honestly was the perfect place for me to stay. Also loved the fact that it was so close to Quartiere Spagnoli, the waterfront and other points of interest in the city. Highly recommend and if I ever get back to Naples (I hope I do), I would stay at this B&B again.

Nothing really. But one has to keep in mind that it is a B&B, therefore the front desk is not manned all the time.

Position is in the middle of shops and restaurants and walking distance to port area. The building is historic with a big wooden door The B and B is on the 5th floor via a lift. Breakfast with a view over the building tops was plentiful. You can see the Galleria. Rooms was clean and comfortable with a comfortable large balcony overlooking the busy streets. We could see the royal palace from our balcony.

There seemed to be a communication issue with car parking and they were not able to give us the information before we arrived. There is no parking on the property as it’s in a very busy area close to the closed off property pedestrian area. However there are plenty of car parking garages two to three blocks away. We paid 30 euros for 24 hours. Not sure if you can pre book as some were booked out.

The location is perfect, just next to the Galery in the city center. Looks like they take care of every detail, the building is in perfect conditions, room was super cute, comfortable and clean. The guy in the reception was so kind and helpful. Even though we reserved with a very short notice (the same day) our room was ready when we arrived. I recommend this place a 100% and for sure will stay here if I return to Naples.

No bad things about this hotel, everything was sooo good

The biggest value of this B&B is the dedication to the guest satisfaction and service quality. We had a great stay at this place. Although located on the top of the building in the core centre, our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Daily housekeeping was provided and the cleanliness is unquestionable. This lovely B&B has all that you need when staying away from home. The owner bakes delicious pastries every day and serves it for breakfast. From our arrival to the very last moment everything was perfect. The last day we had to leave at the airport earlier in the morning and the owner made breakfast earlier for us just to be sure that we don't leave without having a cup of coffee and a delicious crostata and/or sfogliatella. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true local experience in Naples. We'll be back for sure once we visit Naples again. Grazie mille!

This is the most perfect place to stay in Naples! The staff are exceptional and cannot do enough to make your stay special. It is in an excellent location, steps from the port on one side and Via Toledo on the other. If you are able to opt for a balcony room you will get a beautiful view of Castelle Sant Elmo. The general area is perfectly safe and walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping. Perfectly clean rooms and excellent fresh Neapolitan breakfasts.

I travelled to Naples with my two daughters in August and had a wonderful stay here. This was our first trip to Naples and we lucked out with the location, very convenient and central. Our room was comfortable, clean and the balcony with the view of Vesuvius was stunning. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of homemade pastries, fruits etc. Eating it on the beautiful terrace just made it more enjoyable. The gentleman at the hotel was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to give us info and advice about the local area. This was exceptional and personal customer service that you just don’t have the pleasure of experiencing very often. Thank you Attico Partenopeo…we will be back .

Location excellent. Roof top terrace scenic. Staff friendly and very helpful with directions, booking taxis etc It’s more B & B than hotel - and exceeds expectations with that in mind.

Room was quite hot but windows open meant mosquitos so bring repellant.

The location was unbeatable, breakfast was thoughtful and delicious and the property itself was charming. This was by far the best property we stayed in during our vacation.

Our only complaint is that the reception desk phone was very loud and rang for a long time in the middle of one night. Silencing it when it is unattended would be great.

Wow! Gorgeous B&B. We just loved our private balcony and also the common rooftop terrace where we had breakfast. So beautiful. I was worried that we might be woken up by the church bells but we didn’t hear them from the room at all. Nice location in the middle of everything and easy to reach by subway from the main station. I will book here again next time we come to Napoli.

Sound insolation between the rooms is not good. We heard the neighbors flushing the toilet and one neighbor scolding a child. We were lucky that our neighbors weren’t too noisy, otherwise it might disturb you. - Breakfast is good but very modest. I wish they would not slice the bread though, it goes dry so quickly.

Fabulous location. Easy to walk to all the main sights from there. Minutes away from the heart of the old Spanish Quarter and 10 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars by the sea. The B&B is located on the 5th floor of an apartment block so is relatively quiet and has great views both from the balcony and roof terrace. A great buffet breakfast selection, including lovely fresh pastries and fruit. Everywhere was beautifully furnished. The owner was lovely and very helpful.
