It was lovely, immaculately clean, very kind & friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, a coffee machine at our disposal with pastries whenever we wanted a coffee, herbal tea, hot choc, cappuccino etc: we also had a fridge & kettle in the room. Really nice shower gel & a fab spacious shower too, lovely touches like dressing gown and slippers showed that they did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I give it 10/10.

I couldn’t fault it - it was wonderful

Upon arrival our family of four were upgraded to a large apartment on the top floor which included two bedrooms, a large open concept living and dining area and good size bathroom. The apartment included several AC units and we were cool and comfortable despite being on the top floor in oppressive July heat. The location is ideal, close to metro, buses and walking distance to many sites. Small buffet breakfast included with good options. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond for us throughout our stay.

Great hotel and location (it was about a 20 - 25 min drive from the airport) , the room and bathroom were spacious which made our stay very comfortable and we loved our window view of the busy streets of Naples. Whilst we were close to all the action, the room location provided peace and quiet. The location was very convenient as it was a 10 minute walk to Naples port to catch our ferry for our trip to Positano. The location also made shopping and food very accessible as it was close to all the major shops (zara is just around the corner) and food was plenty which allowed us to explore on foot. Staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful. We had an early morning flight on our last day there and the staff packed a breakfast pack for us to go which was so lovely (Thankyou!). Bonus points that on our level there was a coffee machine outside our room which provided unlimited access to coffee, tea and yummy cookies. Will stay here again :)

The location was perfect. Just around the corner for so much, and one block from the funicular to the castle! The breakfast was full and lovely choices for everyone. The balcony window- French doors - had a pair of solid wood inside doors the blocked all the street noise so the room was both quiet and dark for sleeping, but sunny and interesting street scenes daytime. Bed is firm and ac just as needed/ we controlled it, unlike in big chain hotels.

Some taxi drivers leave you off a block or two from the hotel. And the Galleria has seen better days. We hope tourism picks up for sake of Napoli, but we soon felt like privileged locals!

It’s location. We were going to a production at the the Teatro San Carlo and it is only a few steps away. It’s also close to shops, restaurants and the harbour. The staff, especially those on reception, were excellent. One of us is a coeliac and they called around to find a nearby restaurant that could provide an early pre-theatre dinner. We were only there for one night and they gave us great advice on where to visit. Breakfast was also excellent with gluten free options.

Nothing - it is a very nice small accommodation in a great central location.

Very nice staff. The room was really nice albeit a bit small but it provided everything we needed. The breakfast is nice. The location is superb, right on Via Toledo. Free coffee machine. Free bottle of water every day. We also had to leave early one morning so the staff arranged a breakfast box for us - really nice of them. Great AC in the room.

Our room was next to the coffee machine and reception so we could hear everything from outside. Hair dryer a bit weak. Full body mirror inside the closet.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful with a great selection to choose from. Having the coffee machine located in the corridor was great and the selection of pastries next to it were a really nice touch. The staff at the hotel were some of the politest we have encountered and the breakfast staff were exceptionally nice, in particular Claudia who looked after us so well at breakfast and was always so pleasant to talk to and helpful. We definitley hope to return some time in the future.

Breakfast was perfect for us. Croissant coffee yogurt- we are not huge eaters. Pllenty of food. Great location. We walked and came across interesting and fun spots/ did not follow any guide books

All good for us. Staff Very Nice. Provided us with a fantastic breakfast bag on our departure- as we left super early. If people like a less central, less busy location- then they may prefer elsewhere. PERFECT for us

First of all, the location was excellent practically on via Toledo, the room was big and luminous, the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was not too rich but avergae.

The room's floor was a little dirty and not all spots of the bathroom weren't as clean as I'd wished, but it wasn't shockingly bad. I told the staff about it and they said that would look into it immediately.

The property is in a good location. It was clean. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was excellent.

I reserved and was charged for the nicest suites in the hotel. Unfortunately, the room my husband and I were given was literally half the size of the room my son and daughter-in-law were given. When I complained, I was told that that was what was available. The staff sent a bottle of champagne to compensate, but nothing really compensated for a shower the size of s postage stamp. The on-line descriptions are misleading if two such different rooms are considered to be in the same category.
