Very charming, clean, comfortable accommodation in the heart of historic Naples. Easy walking distance to the Archeological Museum, The Port, Spaccanapoli, Palazzolo Reale, Duomo, San Severo Chapel. The bed was very comfortable and room was a very good size. The owner, Gabriela, is welcoming and very helpful. She will assist with booking taxis,,recommending sites and eateries.

The property has three rooms available for rental, and breakfast is brought to your room. Because of this, interaction with other guests is unlikely. Breakfast is very limited.

The host was exceptional! She was ready to greet us with drinks and helped us with our stay in Naples. She gave us great recommendations for how to navigate the city and for restaurants and was very warm and kind. She even booked us a taxi to the train station at the end of our stay. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean and the location was good. Breakfast was the best part ! It was brought directly to our room. If you are traveling to Naples for a vacation I would highly recommend taking this one! It was a great decision for my boyfriend and me traveling from the USA.

Gabriella is a wonderful host, she received us with a smile and took her time to check us in, showed us her beautiful place and recommended places around the property, everything within walking distance. The room was better than some hotels I stayed in this trip! Breakfast is included and fresh coffee is offered as well. Definitely staying here on my next visit! Highly recommended it.

The entrance was deceiving as most of the streets are covered in graffiti. We need to remind ourselves that we are staying in very old buildings that are beautifully renovated on the inside, without changing the character on the outside. The area is full of life making that graffiti a small detail 😉

Very nice big room, the cleaning is perfect, very comfortable beds, very good air condition, perfect central location, excellent breakfast, very good and fast wifi, nice and quiet despite being located near popular bars and restaurants. But the best of all is the amazing host Gabriella, super friendly, very very dedicated to making our visit in Naples perfect. Very good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing locations and she took the time to explain and describe them all. The nicest person in all of Naples. This is the best accommodation in the city!

Domus studio 25 B&B is on the second floor of a building at the historical center of Naples. Nicely decorated and quite spacious, it is very close to San Gregoria Armeno and within walking distance to Teatro Bellini, the National Archeological Museum, and the marina. Gabriella was an excellent hostess and could accommodate our breakfast at a different time each day. She also pointed us to very good pastry shops and places where the locals dine. Highly recommended to those who would like to stay at the historical center of this ~2,500 years old city.

Gabriella is a dream hostess. She took all the time to share the highlights of Naples. Gabrielle even shared extensive information about the best eateries and bakeries for sweet, local delicacies. The accommodation is really located in the middle of bustling Napoli. I was super surprised by the street art entrance, a great contrast with the beautiful, atmospheric room. A lavish breakfast is served in the room and you can even choose!! I was able to spend half a day in Napoli and I will definitely come back. I know for sure that I will book here again.

The location - in the historic quarter and close the Spanish quarter - was perfect and very close to some excellent neighbourhood restaurants. Discovering the apartment was full of surprises and very Naples - in through a mysterious tiny door in an ancient building, through a building site (at this point wondering what you've got yourself into), up well-worn stone steps and suddenly arriving at a spacious and quite luxurious apartment on the upper level, and a huge room with excellent facilities, a high wooden ceilling and huge shuttered windows opening onto a tiny balcony overlooking the street. Best of all was our hostess, who was super helpful and gave us loads of excellent tips of how to best spend our short time in her beloved city.

The breakfast was pretty limited, with no hot optionsm, but you need to save space for all the pizza and gelato you'll be eating.

Open, spacious room. Great sunlight and ventilation from 2 large glass doors leading to balcony. Sofa and table added to the comfort of the room. Comfortable bed, great shower.

Nothing. I would suggest instructions on how to find and that there is no signage marking the location, only the name along with other tenants in the building.

Such a warm welcome from Gabriella and lots of useful information. We loved being right in the heart of the old city but down a quiet part of a sidestreet. We loved the palatial high timber ceilings, and having a kettle in our room and a coffee machine with biscuits available any time in the hall. The bathroom is prettily tiled and a good size with lots of fluffy white towels. It was great being able to leave our bags in the hall after we had checked out.

While it worked very well having our breakfast brought to our room on a tray at the time requested, we missed having a breakfast room. The B+ B is between 2 underground stations - about 10 - 12 mins walk from Duomo and Universita. This is usually fine but a bit daunting if dragging a noisy suitcase on the paving stones when you arrive and leave. It would have been useful to have more plug sockets for recharging.

Gabriella and her team were so inviting, thoughtful, and professional at every step of the way. They were so responsive and detailed to my questions in navigating the city and providing excellent recommendations. I am so grateful for this special experience. It was very special in terms of location, hospitality, and care. When I arrived for checkin, they provided me a big jug of water and fruit juices as a refresher from my travels; it was so heartening :) I will be returning in the future when I come to Naples for sure.
