This is third time i stayed at this hotel, family run, recently extended to include 1st floor wing, still super comfortable, great breakfast, great service, super comfy bed, great facilities, and very very quiet and efficient aircon. It is housed in an old palazzo, close to the lungomare, Castello Nuovo. If you are coming for the opera, it is 5min walk to Carlo Felice theatre. If you are planning to do any island hopping, the port docks are 7min away from your door. Love the location and the hotel. If you are going to Pompeii or Herculaneum, or even Sorrento, few stops by metro to Garibaldi railway station, from where circumvesuviana trains to get there depart. Don't miss another fab palazzo 30m away, for excellent Botanico bar for aperitivo or a nightcap before your return yo Napolart.

The location is great: Walking distance to ferry port, museum, shops, Galleria Umberto, variety of restaurants, historical churches, etc. The complimentary breakfast was decent, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

My room was facing inside the building and had no view or sunlight. I was constantly checking the weather on my phone as I couldn’t tell it. Another disappointment was that the photo of this hotel on Booking.com shows an image of outdoor terrace with view, however, the sea view on the photo is FAKE PLASTIC WINDOW posters/wall decal. The terrace doesn’t have any view either.

Breakfast was ok. Location was very central and easy to get to other parts of central Naples.

Provide sufficient bathroom essentials e.g shower gel etc to the number of guests. On the first night we had to manage just one small shower gel between us all (2 adults and one child), as we arrived late in the night due to flight delays so it was difficult to go out to a supermarket to buy shower gels etc. I mentioned it to one of the staff the next day and they apologised and promised to rectify the issue which they did when they cleaned the room.

There are many breakfast choices including huge sfogliatelle. Friendly, obliging staff in breakfast room and room maintenance. In less than 5 minutes you can walk to Via Toledo which has a wide variety of shops and little alleyways leading uphill into the Spanish Quarter which offer many restaurant options. Two minutes to the Municipio Metro stop and a great restaurant outside on the sidewalk (the one closer to Napolart- there are 2 side by side). Rooms are well insulated from both street noise and other rooms. We arrived on the ferry from Sorrento and the taxi driver laughed when we asked for a ride. It’s just over there! 15 minute taxi to airport in the early morning.

Napolart is a place where we will come back for sure, if we get to Naples again. The staff is extremely kind and professional, room was bigger than it was supposed to be, extremely clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great too, you have all you need. Breakfast is continental, staff was always there to help us, ask for a coffee or clean our table. Location is in the city center so there is nothing to complain about.

There is nothing to say, it is really amazing place to stay, great location and high level of hospitality. We would reccommend it to everyone.

I really enjoyed staying at Napolart. Location is excellent!!! Close to old town part and the port and the beautiful vista. There are lots of restaurants close to the hotel, supermarkets, everything is within walking distance but without the crowdness of the old town streets. I really enjoyed and would def go there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful!, especially Mohan really helped us with everything! Also the breakfast options are great and there is plenty to choose from. They have a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast. V nice stay!

As it was a very nice stay i don't have much bad to say about the hotel. Maybe the only thing i could say is that my room didn't have natural light so for a longer stay it gets a bit tiring, but my colleagues stayed in much lighter ones so it s not a general rule.

Staff were very friendly, especially the breakfast staff who provided Gluten Free bread to our table each morning

Access to the hotel was unusual, there is a very large old door leading into an open courtyard where you must use a small lift to assess the reception area. there is a charge to use the lift for the first time and there are no signs in the lift to tell you which floor the reception area is located

The hotel was very convenient, close to the seafront promenade, the port, castle and the Spanish Quarter. We loved walking around the area as it was very vibey with lots of restaurants and sights, although we got there late, so didn't have a lot of time for sightseeing. Leonida was very helpful and friendly and we were offered a coffee on arrival and they helped us with our luggage. The hotel is in an old characterful building, over a few floors with a small lift. The room wasn't quite what we expected, but there was nothing wrong with it. It was a split level room with the bed upstairs and a small lounge and kitchenette and an extra bathroom downstairs so was very nice. All the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. They even opened their breakfast 45 minutes earlier so that we could eat before catching a very early flight. Thank-you for a lovely stay. Would definitely go back.

The entrance to the building is easy to miss as there is a tiny sign and one goes through a small door in a huge door (many of these in Naples). The entrance within, before one gets to the hotel floor is not that welcoming, as it is an old building with other tenants as well, but it doesn't detract from the hotel itself as that has its own entrance. They could, however, try to improve the entrance visually. Also from the Bookings.com photos it looks like the hotel has a view of the sea from a window, but it is, in fact, a picture. This was a bit misleading.

The location of the hotel is very central, you do not need to rent the car. My suggestion is take the taxi from Airport. (it should be costed totally 24 Euro). Breakfast is very good. Rooms are very clean. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. All of them are very nice, polite, helpful and kind.

Our room was in the dark area, but the rooms which gets more light are facing to the street which might be very loudly. So I don't know which one is better.

I was a fab converted villa a few hundred years old. It has a wonderful history. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were modern but lovely coloured walls & a beautiful bathroom. It had a juliet balcony overlooking the street.

Nothing really. It was hard to find the building, even local cafe across the road didnt know where it was! The sign for the b & b was near the top of the building. The diningroom was very small but there was an open space beside it and as there was torrential rain that morning it couldn't be used. There was a rush on the 4 tables for 2. Great choice for breakfast. We will be back. Loved it.
