We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were exceptional - very friendly and polite. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned daily, and toiletries were replenished. Location was ideal. We were only a five-minute walk from the hop on hop off bus tour starting point which I really recommend. We were also only a 1o minute walk from the port. There were several restaurants a 2 min walk from the hotel. There was enough choice at breakfast to get you started for the day and the staff couldn't do enough for us including Hilaria who served me my very first cappuccino and it was delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we visit Naples in the future.

Nothing to add here

Palazzo Turchini Hotel is in a fantastic position, very central and on a main road so picking up buses for trips was super easy and easy walking access to both the port/marina, old town and shopping. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful both on the front desk and especially Martina and Evelina at breakfast who made sure we were well looked after. There is a superb, buzzing bar, Barrio Botanico, right next door for pre-dinner drinks which was a nightly visit for us before finding a restaurant. As far as food was concerned all the restaurants we ate at were great, La Cantina dei Lazari, Pizzaria Trattoria Medina, Osteria da Antonio, Trattoria Castel Nuova, Pizzeria D'Autore and Insolito to name a few, you can’t go far wrong with Italian cuisine though.

The only criticism we have is that although the rooms were comfortable they were a little dated, however that is our preference for a more modern style.

The hotel was fine for our two night stay in Naples. I can't say I loved Naples but that isn't the fault of the hotel. We only had one full day and decided to go to visit the Pompeii ruins rather than spend the whole day in Naples. We managed to easily get a tourist bus. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially one of the guys on reception who spoke amazing English and who let us leave our cases for a couple of hours after checking out, before we got the ferry to Capri. I really enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel which is on the sixth floor. There are a few outside tables and it was lovely to look out over the city. The waiting staff at breakfast were very friendly and made me a decaff coffee. One morning we stuck to the continental breakfast; pastries, cake, bread and jam etc, and on the second day we ordered omelettes which were lovely. The only drawback for me was that it was quite noisy at night with all the beeping horns but I think you would probably find that anywhere in Naples. I was hoping for a balcony but we didn't really have one, only a window with a tiny ledge that overlooked the road. Still, it was all perfectly adequate for a short stay: toiletries in the bathroom, wardrobe, kettle etc. I didn't see an iron but maybe I didn't look hard enough. The staff were very friendly and approachable and were on reception 24 hours. I felt perfectly safe in this hotel and would use it again for a short stopover in Naples.

The staff here is incredible! They are super professional, polite, and friendly! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk gave us a map and marked off all the places we could (and should) walk to! The breakfast that is included is wonderful! So many options and a beautiful display, with the option to sit outside on the balcony and see everything around you. Then when we had to check out, at 3:20 in the morning, the gentleman working the desk made sure we had a cab to get us to the airport, made us each an espresso and gave us a bottle of water, and then made sure we got into our cab safely. I would 100% stay here again. We absolutely loved our stay!

There was nothing that we didn't like. This hotel was incredible!

Great breakfast, kind staff, overal great experience. Very close to the docks (Molo Beverello), so any trips to the islands and also Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi were very easy to organize with only minimal commute time, meaning a few minutes of walking.

We did not encouter any drawbacks or negatives during our stay. Be mindful, this is Napoli!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good continental selection and the breakfast staff were very accommodating. The rooms were small but clean and with good facilities. Good location near the metro and port.

The bed could have been a bit comfier but overall no complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the port, making boat trips easier. A special mention to the lovely enthusiastic Evelina and Martina who really made an effort at breakfast to make sure that everything was to our liking. Also the cricket-loving man on evening reception was pleasant, warm and very helpful. It makes a difference to be welcomed with a smile after a long trip.

The hotel is in a good location, breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was tea making facilities in the room but no coffee or milk on offer, only a couple of teabags. No glasses in the room for drinks only plastic cups. The room overlooked a badly kept court yard, the area shown in the photos was not open to the public.

Amazing place, beyond my expectations. This hotel honours its name: a real palace (palazzio)right in the centre of Naples. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The room is spacious and had all the luxury. Spacious bathroom with all the amenities, huge size bed with extra pillows and good quality mattresses, coffee and tea facilties, airco and heating unit, flat screen tv, safe, mini bar, etc. And everything vrry clean. The breakfast is by far the best I ever had in Italy. Besides the classic items like juices, variety of bread, cereals, yoghurts, meats, mozzarella, tea and different types of coffee, they offered an amazing fresh fruit salad and different types of local sweets and pastries. And all from a special pastry shop, what a treat. Do not forget that you can order an egg dish of your choice. The hotel is located close to the sea/harbour and the shopping area (Via Toledo). Nearby also the metro station and attractions like the Castle. After a disappointing stay in Rome we were a bit sad that our short holiday started like that. But from the first minute until the last one our stay here was amazing. The place and location is great, but the staff made all the difference: warm, kind, always in for a chat and advice. A very very special thank you to the sweet Elize and Francisco from the breakfast, a present to start the day with these two super kind and sweet ones. And Luigi from the front office, thank you for all the extra's, your kindness and do not forget the chocolates 😀. I have travelled enough to know that a 4 star hotel in Italy cannot be compared to a 4 star in f.e. Thailand. For Italian principles this place deserves truly 4 stars. And yes you need to pay for parking, the rooms have different sizes but all this information is mentioned on their website, no hidden surprises. A definite recommendation. Thank you all.

Nothing.
