Was very impressed by this property. It's located on the fourth floor of a residential building. The room was impeccably clean and smelled wonderfully. We arrived quite early in the morning and the owner was a super friendly gentleman who allowed us to keep the room straight away. He gave us great recommendations and was super helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop offers great views over Naples. Definitely recommend!

Be mindful if mobility is an issue for you. The property is at the top of a quite steep hill. The building has a very old and small lift (and very, very slow!) and the stairs can be a bit challenging after a long day walking or if you struggle with mobility.

A total gem right in the centre of everything. Crazy busy street as you approach but when you enter the courtyard it’s totally quiet. 5* quality accommodation. Super comfy bed. Amazing roof terrace and staff fantastic

Perfect on any way possible. Location - wow. Clean and comfy- check. Owner and staff - wow wow wow. Max is amazing. Smiles and has patience and always there to help. In person, on chat and WhatsApp. Anyway possible. Location is right at the heart of Naples with all things close by and yet, quiet and relaxing. Will come back time and again.

No such thing

Everything was good about this property being in the heart of the historic quarter, yet located on the 4th floor at the back of a courtyard, so a very peaceful place. The roof terrace is a real bonus for a city centre property. On the fifth floor with views over the Bay of Naples and towards Vesuvius

The promoted hot tube was not functioning. The two coffee capsules and the few tea bags weren’t replaced. The room safe was not working.

It was quiet and in a great location. Our host Max was fantastic!!!! He was so helpful with the local map, and his suggestions. Max always had a smile on his face. He was so happy to please us. There is a lift to the property which is wonderful for your luggage and after a long walking day.

The location is perfect. Very central. The rooms are very well insulated so you can have a perfect night sleep. The receptionist was amazing, he gave us a lot of very good suggestions. This is now my favourite accommodation in naples.

Max/reception was exceptional, helpful and extremely friendly. Room was beautiful, and felt safe and luxurious.

It is located within the historic part of Naples and within an interior courtyard building, so you need to access through one of those big old wooden doors, which gives it a bit of an "old and dirty" feeling from the outside. The interior is very nice, stylishly decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Only thing that I could think to improve it would be a breakfast option, especially having that nice large rooftop.

The room was nice but not very big, the location is nice in the historical district so there were many food options. Nothing was bad about the stay but it was not outstanding.

The size of the room

Staff was great and responsive when we had a problem with Aircon. Room very clean. LOVED the in-room ice maker and the roof terrace!!

We must have missed signage to take elevator to 4th floor, but we figured it out.
