Small bed & breakfast on the top of an old building, very well located in the historic center of Napoli. Beautiful view from the room, and fantastic 360 degrees viewpoint from the roof terrace. Carmen was a friendly host, who provided excellent restaurant tips, helped with a taxi reservation and was flexible about the possibility of leaving luggage after check out.

I was charged 10 euros for a late check-in (around 8.45-9.00 pm) in addition to the price paid on Booking.com. It would be preferable to know clearly this policy upon booking. The system of keys (for the room and the entrance) was not so practical. The door to the room was an (opaque) glassdoor, which feels less intimate. The place was very quiet though.

This was an ideal place to stay in the historic centre of Naples. The rooms are on the top floors of a building with fantastic vewis over the city and a roof terrace as well. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc, in the area. Breakfast in included, but is at a cafe across the street that had wonderful atmosphere and great food - made me feel like a local!

This is not the fault of the property, but the area is very central and busy so on weekend nights there was a lot of noise into the wee hours. Being on the top floor made that not too much of a problem though. Also, the bedroom was quite small, which I liked because it was cozy, but some people might feel cramped. However, the sitting area with views in all directions over the city are an excellent place to relax if you need more room. Being in an old building in the historic district, this might not be ideal for people with mobility issues or trouble with stairs (there is an elevator but some stairs are still needed to get to the room). But otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend and look forward to returning myself as well.

The location was perfect - bang in the middle of Napoli's historic centre with its vibrant, bustling streets and a great spot for exploring elsewhere. I spent hours just wandering around the streets taking photos and soaking up the atmosphere.

Access to a kitchen would have been good, but there are literally dozens of places to eat literally just outside the flat. And a fresh towel every day.

The place is exactly in the heart of the Centro Storico, near to greet pizza places, Archeological Museum, metro station to Garibaldi Square from where you can easily get to Vesuvio and Pompei. It is clean, with bathroom, huge wardrobe and a cosy bed. The view is just stunning! You can go to the terrace and see all the city centre and feel the atmosphere of the historical sites and also admire the nearby islands. The view from the windows in the room is nice as well. Carmen is a wonderful host, showed us places we could visit and eat and was happy to help whenever we needed. We had a really great stay and I would have chosen the same place next time! We loved everything.

An excellent position: in the very centre of Naples. I'd strongly recommend it to all those looking for an accomodation to attend some conference hosted in town. Indeed, the university is extremely close, as well as other attractions like the Veiled Christ. Also, the host is extremely welcoming and the area is full of life and good food!

It was a big apartment with a really nice roof used as a balcony, we enjoyed our stay really much.

It’s not like you can do anything but the atmosphere of the front gate was not very pleasant and for people with suitcases it was hard to climb up the steep stairs.

We loved this place. Very comfortable room and ensuite. The terrace is the star of the show, such good views. And Carmen was very nice and helpful with recommendations for Naples and the rest of our trip. She also allowed us to do late check in for a small fee

I am a Napoli geek, but even for melocation and views were amazing; we had a lovely host; could not have chosen better!

AC was not the strongest there is but truth be told, we came in middle of a heat wave, so it was exceptional temperatures.

An amazing central location with a roof terrace that offers a breathtaking, panoramic view of the city and the surroundings. The apartment is clean and tidy and Carmen is a friendly, accommodating and very professional host. Fully recommended!

Nothing really - although the two flights of stairs up to the apartment after the lift stops on the 4th floor might be too steep and narrow for some but we thought it was worth it (with small bags)
