The location of the hotel is really convenient - direct connection from airport, close to the metro station, right in the port. The room was very quiet and very clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The area of the hotel is very safe. I couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay there a second time.

The location is perfect for a cruise since you can step out the hotel and directly on to your ship. The hotel is brand new with a modern design and lots of modern artwork. The staff speak excellent English and are extremely helpful. We also had a patio overlooking the harbor, but it could be blocked if a cruise ship is docked there.

The breakfast is excellent, but the dinner at the hotel bistro was only fair. However, the hotel bistro is very convenient since you would have to walk at least 10 to 15 minutes to get to the next closest restaurant.

New clean, really warm room ( important as I travelled in January) . Nice design of the hotel. location was also convenient, close to the center and sightseeings, walking distance to the airport shuttle bus

The location was the best selling point about the hotel, near everything you want to see, very safe with the port and the police station right next to it. The room was nice and the breakfast really good!

The view from the room right on the passengers for the ferries, being on the ground floor forced us to keep the blind closed 24/7. The internet was SUPER slow.

Excellent spacious air conditioned patio room with a door onto the patio to sit and wind down in the evening with a view of the port. Comfortable beds and TV offering too. Breakfast was very nice continental offering with some of Napoli's favourite pastries. The staff were excellent throughout (thank you Orianna!) and check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. Taxis are available to be ordered from the hotel reception and arrive within 3-5mins. Close to the main Napoli Centrale Train Station (10min drive) and also a 15min walk to the Spanish Quarter or a 25min walk to the main Napoli downtown areas. Wonderful time here in Napoli and recommend this excellent spot.

Our experience was simply put- perfect. The staff was so nice, each and every one. exquisite service that exceeded all the expectations. Breakfast was very good and the selection was great and diverse. The view from the room was spectacular. You can see ships entering and exiting the harbor. The location was on-point. a quiet area inside the harbor- great location for families and anyone who likes quiet environments, yet not too far away from the historic city center (10 min. walk). The hotel has a great bar for coffee or liquor during the day, and an option for dinner starting from 18:30. Would come again and recommend fondly. Thank you Smart Hotel Napoli!!!

Short walking distance to the port for travelling to Sorrento the next morning. Ideal for a short stay, the room was clean, spacious & nice toiletries provided. Saw lots of reviews that there’s no water provided, we had a can of still and sparking provided free of charge in the fridge. There’s a bar at the entrance you can buy more from, grab food and snacks if you arrive before 12pm. 24 hour check in available.

Nothing personally. I’d read the reviews about the ground floor rooms with a terrace that you would wake to find a huge cruise ship outside blocking light and lots of people getting off which I can confirm is true. We found it funny and didn’t mind, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a long stay, it’s more function over a relaxing holiday vibe.

Breakfast was much appreciated and very lovely, thank you. We had an early flight, and needed to leave the hotel before breakfast started. However, the front desk packaged us up some pastry and snacks to go, and gave that to us in a brown paper bag at checkout. Lovely. Much appreciated.

The HVAC was difficult to understand, and took two phone calls to the front desk to get activated. I was also pretty under-whelmed by the "free mini-bar" - which turned out to be five drinks only, two of which were water, and three of which I could not drink due to sugar. It would be much better to offer guests options for this mini-bar vs. stock with those five drinks.

Interesting unique location on the pier, between boats. Kind and helpful personal at the reception. Clean room.

Breakfast was very average, based mostly on sweet part. Poor selection of warm dishes, scrambled eggs only. Poor selection also considering all food. Verry slow personal. Small room for eating. Hotels restaurant Molo 10 is no worth to visit in city well known by delicious food. Here is everything like from supermarket frozen supply. Mensa level. Room is a bit claustrophobic, view into some corridor, like in a wall.
