Staff was absolutely friendly. When I came earlier I asked to leave my luggage there. They took it without any problem and placed it later in my room. Inside is everything modern and completely clean. The bed was great because for me I need a harder and better bed. Fortunately after already a long travel in Italy with soft beds this was like a dream 😍 Metro is very near

Maybe the doors are thin when you want to sleep and some people don’t like maybe the street itself

Very convenient for a train traveler, just a 5 or 6 minute walk from the Central Station.The breakfast, which was included in the price, was a typical Italian buffet style breakfast. It was to be ready at 7:30 a.m., but was not always set up at that time, but shortly after, and set up quickly after ringing the desk bell. The room was spacious and comfortable, modern bath, the air conditioning, self-regulated, worked extremely well. There were plenty of towels provided, as well as toiletries. WiFi worked very well.

It was necessary to leave the key when leaving the facility, and one had to call up to be admitted into the building. This was a very minor inconvenience, to be expected for security purposes, I believe, as their was a lot of pedestrian street traffic. Generally I prefer more privacy coming and going, and so usually I take an apartment which was not possible for me on this visit -- not the fault of the facility, obviously.

It is a nice hotel very close to the Central Train Station (which is not the best area but practical for sure if you wish to travel around). The price was reasonable, the staff was kind and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a typical Italian one with coffee, biscuits and jam.

It is only the fixed showerhead in the bathroom that was a bit uncomfortable for us.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The price was very much a plus. Didn’t get to try the breakfast because I had commitments very early in the morning but there are so many delicious coffee shops near the B&B. Would recommend trying the cornetto and cappuccino.

The neighborhood is not the best so beware of that. But the proximity to the main train station is a plus if you’re traveling by train.

Good thing in Italy to have something else beside sweet breakfast (there we some toasts with cheese) and I was happy to have nice coffee in the morning.

Bathroom was leaking from the shower but this is a minor thing. Cleaning lady forgot to take away towels from a previous guest (this is a minor thing, they were left behind the bathroom door, so it was easily overseen). We had a double bed that was two matraces combined by sheets that kept separating and making a hole between us :D

Everything except the dangerous looking location (but also good that it’s close to the train station) - large room and clean - very friendly and helping staff, 24h front desk - good Italian breakfast - leave luggage before and after your stay

I was with my mother, she didn’t feel safe at all in the neighbourhood. Dirty looking buildings, drunk and homeless people around and it’s mostly inhabited by immigrants. But nothing really happened.

As a first time solo traveller, the area seems a little offputting at first. However, looks can be deceiving. The staff are kind and accommodating, and the rooms are amazing.

The B&B is easily accessible from Piazza Garibaldi with the airport bus Alibus which takes only 15 minutes. The place has several rooms, with 24h reception and very friendly staff. I have met 4 of them and each made me feel really welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable (memory mattress). Shower is good with a rainforest fitting. Breakfast is Italian style (Cornetto, sweet cakes, coffee), so if you are after continental breakfast it's not that. However, lovely staff, great coffee makes it all great!

As others mentioned, location can look a little daunting. However, if you have your "street wise" mode on, you should be absolutely fine. As a solo traveller, it would be better to have a good choice of TV programs available. Seems only 4-5 channels worked (although the list had well over a hundred) and only in Italian. I would expect some satellite TV in a location like this.

The staff was really nice and outgoing, rooms were large, well designed and tidy. In the hotel we have felt very secure since it is, during the night, behind 3 locked doors and there is a night receptionist/guard. The location is quite good as well since it is very close to the city center as well as main station. The neibourhood is not among the safest, especially during the night, however there are always a lot of police officers, security guards as well as soldiers.

The bed was comprised of two individual matrassess. Which meant that they were splitting in the middle and were creating a hole in between them. This could be easily solved with a piece of rubber underneath them to avoid them slipping or buying a whole new single matress that would fit the bed.

The hotel as well as the rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was quite simple, but I mostly enjoyed that the staff was very friendly and always available for any questions.

The area is not the best, but very close to the central station, so nice for exploring the city.
