We stayed at the property for 10 days, and overall, it was a good experience. However, I wasn’t aware that the bathroom was separate and located in the hallway, so you had to walk past the entrance to access it. That was fine in the end, but just something to be mindful of. One thing that could be improved is paying more attention to the "Do Not Disturb" sign. Even though we put it on the door, the room was still cleaned, which we didn’t expect. Other than that, for the price, it was really good. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, although we would have appreciated more fruit options. The location is very central, with everything easily accessible. Thank you for everything!

The location was perfect, really accessible to the heart of Palermo and even better for accessing the start line of the Palermo Marathon. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were really accommodating and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, but as there were a lot of sweet options the only thing we would change would be an option for fresh fruit.

There was not much to dislike, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and cozy place in an old building, reasonable for the money we paid. When booking, keep in mind that some rooms have an external bathroom outside the room, while others have it inside. We had to pay extra to change the room.

The building and lobby are not easy to find. The signs on the door could be clearer. The hosts were nice to us, although I don't think they appreciated that we asked a lot of questions, especially about renting a car in Siciliy, but this was our first time in Sicily and we wanted to get recommendations from locals before renting ))

Loved our stay, staff were accommodating and happy to help, helped us book a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was fantastic and a bit different everyday with a fine coffee along with it. Great location and facilities!

Fridge in my room was very loud so had to unplug, also couldn’t get shower head to stay in place

Excellent breakfasts, location and staff. The staff in particular made the stay a good one.

Our room came with a private washroom located outside of the apartment and down the hallway. This meant a lot of fussing around with skeleton keys in the middle of the night. Could have done without that experience. Rooms with a washroom in your apartment are available.

I stayed in the room number 4 at the back of the building, it is a spacious and clean room with a balcony and high ceiling. The bed was comfortable. I liked the bathroom it is private but not in the room. There is a water heater which is very important for me. And the building is great. Breakfast place is in the office floor , it is also nice.

The bathroom isn’t in the room but not a big deal when the hotel is not very crowded, it is really big and nice bathroom.

Vanessa -our daily host -was helpful joyful and welcoming each morning. Breakfast tasty and all help/questions dealt with to satisfaction. Overall excellent experience at Ai Viciré Grazie! Chatted via phone with Luca who expressed goodness and desire to help. (He was holidaying but accessible which is always a + for a host) Vanessa was ever helpful 🙏

I’d come back here just for the breakfast alone. Most delicious breakfast I’ve had at any hotel, reflective of quality Italian ingredients locally sourced. The location is perfect, very close to Capo market and a short walk from Normal palace and many many beautiful churches. The rooms are clean and the hospitality of Luca and Vanessa is unmatched. Look no further!

Location fairly close to area with restaurants. Lovely back porch to relax in and get away from the street noise. We could walk to the Capella Palatine. Hostess Vanessa was very welcoming and took great care of us.

My husband found the bed uncomfortable. Try to get a room at the back of the building because of the street noise in the front rooms.

The owners and staff were exceptional. Helpful in every way making my time in Palermo so comfortable. Vanessa helped with everything always with a smile. Location was excellent. It was a quiet oasis in a busy city with a sweet garden patio. Breakfast both days delicious. My walking tour of Palermo with Simona exceeded my expectations. I will return
