Location was great and very convenient to have a parking behind

The room was next to an external bathroom and it was a bit noisy. Also, the curtain let too much light in early in the morning. The breakfast room was not functional and we were given vouchers for a coffee and a pastry instead but really poor, the owner probably found this is a cheaper option and saves money. I did not like the fact that the owner charges extra for late arrivals, this should not be allowed by booking.com.

For a lazy weekend sunshine break.. simply perfect. The room was picture perfect. We looved the balcony set up. Everything and anything required was local. Train station is 15 minutes walk away with connection to the Airport. The Palermo Cathedral with other historic sites, the street food markets and the Marine all simple walking distance.

The locations is great because it right by the main street in Palermo (Via Maqueda) with lots of shops and restaurants. You are walking distance to the Teatro Massimo as well and just generally walking distance to a lot of the great sites! There was also a public parking lot right behind the building so we could park the car overnight (it was about 12 Euros for a24 hours).

A little bit difficult to open the front door with the key .. once you figured it out it was fine though. Check-in was interesting as well because the person at the front desk did not speak a lot of English (thankfully my friend knew enough Italian / Spanish to get by).

Location is great for exploring Palermo. You can go everywhere on foot. An elevator takes you to the room, so you don't need to carry you laguage. The lady at reception is kind and helps with advice.

The windows do not seal well, so you can hear rumble from the street in the room. For breakfast, there is a more sweeter choice, we missed salty choice like eggs, cheese.

The room was clean and spacious (with a balcony) and in a great location. Walkable to all the sites, and cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. It's on the 4th floor but has a lift so luggage is no problem. A voucher is provided for breakfast in a cafe a few doors up. I would definitely recommend!

The plumbing was a bit noisy each time you turned the water on.

Elena the host was so kind and welcoming, she made us feel right at home. The art Deco building was very sound proofing, we slept very well, the room was very comfortable and spacious, with a terrace too. Breakfast of fresh hot pastries and coffee was delicious, there is also fruit, cereal and yoghurt too. We would stay again !

Everything was perfect

Friendly owner who ensured we all had a lovely breakfast each day (even accommodating dietary requirements without being asked!)able to give us tips on where to go. Excellent location, easy to walk to main attractions. We had a very early departure (2am) and was no issue for owner.

Unusual smell in one bathroom (although this can just be expected in old buildings & plumbing systems).

The room was exactly what I needed for myself and my 3yo daughter. It was clean, nicely appointed, and felt safe. The breakfast was a typical Sicilian breakfast with pastries, coffee, and little pizzas warmed in the oven. Baked goods from a local bakery. Our hostess was very welcoming and gracious, gave us tips on getting around Palermo, and made me cappuccinos in the morning. And it was handy to be so close to a parking lot!

The property was very close to via Roma shopping street and Massimo Theatre. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms are spacious, breakfast is perfect is served in a shared kitchenette. Hosts are very kind and friendly but do not speak English.

Apartment is very hard to find if you do not ask for advice in the neighbourhood. Parking in the street is risky, there is paid parking just behind the building

Casa Roselina's location is perfect for exploring the historic center. There are many nice bars and places to eat close by. Our host was exceptionally kind. The coffee at breakfast was VERY good.

There was a bit of noise from the street below late at night; people having a good time, not traffic.
