The location of the property is super! Close to everything. The property is a renovated house in a building. They made it very beautiful. The room is very specious, with high ceiling. It looks like new. The breakfast area is very cute! The breakfast was simple but delicious. We didn’t want anything else. Stephano, the host, was really very helpful. He was there welcoming us when we arrived and provided helpful information about the city. He also helped us with the parking place and answered all our questions beforehand. He was really great! The girls in the breakfast were very sweet and always with a smile, trying to provide anything we asked for. The elevator of the building was the highlight of all. One old one, very small with a stool to sit inside and with two doors to open. Would definitely stay in this place if we go to Palermo again!

We were very satisfied with everything. One thing, as a recommendation, is that a flexible handle of the shower would be helpful (there was only a fixed one), although didn’t cause much inconvenience to us

Lorenzo is an exceptional host. He was waiting for us on the sidewalk in front of the property when we arrived. The property, in a classic Palermo-style apartment building, is beautiful and well maintained. Location is amazing as close to everything but also extremely quiet at night. Lorenzo also very kindly offered to store our luggage on our second day after we had checked out. He gave us a key to the property so we could retrieve our luggage later in the day. Very trustworthy. Lorenzo is extremely attentive! Excellent breakfast as well with beautiful fresh pastries, which is not the case everywhere... When in Palermo, do not look anywhere else! In two words: Highly recommended!

the staff is really nice, ready to help with anything and welcoming. there is water and a kitchen that can be used at any time which was great. the room is quite spacious and the bed comfortable. the property is 5 minutes walking from the city center and we found a lot of parking slots just under it.

the AC in the toilet is a bit noisy

Breakfast was good continental style with attentive service. The apartments were a good size and typically Palermo style. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was some building work going on close by which was noisy in the mornings. The front door lock to the street was temperamental.

The location was amazing! Stefano and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, and my favourite part was there was a gelato place right downstairs!! :) would definitely stay here again!

Good spot near to the city centre of Palermo in a not too loud and busy neighborhood. Standard rooms, everything clean. The house has seen better days, currently it is partly scaffolded. Lorenzo and his team have been very polite and helpful.

The breakfast was poor compared to what you get in an average bar or bakery nearby.

It is a beautiful facility in a top part of town…the two girls who made our breakfast / coffees were just THE BEST!…So helpful and lovely…and ALWAYS smiling…they further enhanced our wonderful experience

Cannot fault the place

Very good stay in this hotel (just one night). From the very beginning the staff ran the extra mile to help and satisfy us: it is well known that parking a car in the city of Palermo is extremely difficult. In order to resolve the problem this hotel has an agreement with a private, local parking nearby providing a safe, covered place for a 15€ daily rate. When we arrived there we contacted the staff to help us as we couldn't exactly find the parking due to the difficult traffic in town. Lorenzo came to our car and helped us reach the parking, and he discussed with the parking owner to make sure everything goes well. All of this while we arrived fairly early, before the regular check-in time, which we appreciated even more. Lorenzo also kindly offered us to leave our bags in the hotel, and offered us a breakfast which we really liked as we were up quite early to reach Palermo in the morning. The room is very nice, with sockets on each side of the bed to recharge our devices. The wifi is very fast (90 MBits/s download, 50 MBits/s upload approx.). Good bathroom too. Very good and ample breakfast. Central location in Palermo.

The mattress was not totally ideal (not a disaster either, mind you).

Location and building.

I was staying in a room named “Aria” which was awesome, but it had a super annoying noise coming from the other side of the building. I complained about it to the staff, and they told me that the noise came from a water pump, and that they did not have anything to do to stop it (and they did not have any other room available).

The rooms are at the second floor. Little elevator available. We extended the stay for 1 more night and had to change room. The second room had larger bathroom / shower. Usage of the '24 parking house' in parallel street for motobikes highly recommended.
