Great location for sightseeing in Palermo centre. Very nice bathroom/showers and the bed was very comfy and large. Room was cleaned everyday and at a reasonable hour (instead of waking you up to do it). We were also able to use hotel Garibaldi to hold our luggage before/after check-in/out.

The AC didn’t work which wasn’t ideal as it was quite warm and opening windows let in bugs. A minor thing as well was the lack of a full body mirror. The apartment also required a lift to access it. There were stairs but the door was blocked on the floor of the suites. Again minor, but it would also be useful to label the keys as it took us a while to work out which to use. These things wouldn’t stop me from visiting again though.

The room was spotless and cozy, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent—right in the heart of the city and just a few minutes’ walk from the main attractions. The staff were courteous and always ready to assist.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee provided in the room, and the breakfast was not served on-site. Instead, we had to walk a few minutes to the main hotel for it. Ultimately, we chose not to use the breakfast option.

Recently I stayed at Ruggero Settimo apartment in Palermo, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent, with close proximity to restaurants, cafes, shops, and popular sightseeing spots, all within walking distance. The apartment is managed by Hotel Garibaldi, making it convenient for early check-ins or storing luggage for those with late flights. Additionally, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at Garibaldi Hotel, just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment itself is clean, well-lit, and receives daily room cleaning. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Considering the reasonable price, convenient location, and excellent service, I would give this place a perfect 10 out of 10.

Charger slots near the bed would be convenient - I stayed in room number 3. As two friends staying together, having an extra key would have made our experience more comfortable. Although satellite channels are available, I couldn't find English channels. It would be helpful to have instructions in hotel in this regard. It's advisable to keep the windows closed, even in January, as I encountered mosquitoes. Some warning about this would be helpful.

In the center of the City. It was quiet because the room is on the last floor. The parking is somewhat close and they take your keys for the night like a valet parking service.

The air conditioning does not go below 24 Celsius and when the target is reached it stops completely. The partner parking is supposed to make a price at 25€. But during a few minutes he had lost his memory. Finally a few cars were piling behind and he regained memory... The standard price for one night without a partnership is 35€.

Location is amazing, the main street is just in front! so many restaurants and shops around as well, we never had to walk a lot to eat or get anything. Breakfast wasn't offered on site, but within a 6min walk. It was AMAZING. hot food, pies, pastry, sandwiches, drinks, and buffet was always full, even minutes before breakfast time is done. Room is beautiful, and was cleaned daily, as there is housekeeping service. Rooms are all on 7th floor, but there are elevators. Rooms have an additional locked doors to enter, which provides more security.

There is no parking space, so we did have to scramble searching for a space on the streets around. The noise isolation is not great. We couldn't hear people in their rooms, but we heard everything coming from the hall.

I booked this place last minute since my other booking turned out to be a scam. And oh wow, this place is amazing - it was affordable, very clean, very very comfortable, super easy and flexible late check in, very nice bathroom and the bed. It is located on the top (7th) floor, but there are elevators there. The location is quite nice as well. I would highly recommend this place, if it is available.

The location was perfect, ver central only a 7 minute walk to the strip. The room was very clean and staff we met were kind.

There were renovations going on throughout the day on a lower floor, which left the accommodation very noisy.

Perfect location, comfy beds and helpful staff. We did a mistake when checking out and staff helped us immediately.

Initially, the aircondition didn't work - as already described in other reviews (We went mid May with some of the first days with 30 °C) After writing a bit back and we had this problem solved and the air-condition was working same day.

It's located in a good area of Palermo near theatre Massimo. The apartment has almost everything that you might need and it's clean. You can find a mini market like 300 meters away and it's 20 minutes away from the train station. It's also close to some important tourist attractions.

Kind of difficult to get in when you are drunk, there are a few doors you need to get past in order to get into the apartment, but after a few days you will know what keys you need to use for every door :) The room has everything you might need, but I missed some disposable slippers for the bathroom. Overall it's a 9 out of 10.
