We booked a room with a private bathroom. The room was very beautiful, spacious and clean with a balcony. You are provided with coffee, water, milk, tee and cocoa 24h a day wit a selection of sweets and cereal for breakfast. The location is perfect, bus stop is 2 minutes away next to Garibaldi theater and the historical center is about 10-15 minutes with a lot of shopping and bars along the way. Next time we’re in Palermo we’ll definitely stay here.

The shower doors need to be replaced.

..What you got for the price - honestly it was amazing, we had the breakfast on the balcony (yes it's "in your room" and as some other reviews put it, but for this price, it was great) - the room was huge, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, the man that ran it was nice, even though we improvised with his english and my Italian (a bit of hand waving and everybody understood most of it), it's in the 4th story, but there's an elevator and everything is walking distance as the location is really great

That the water in italy isn't drinkable from tap, but that's a problem in the whole of italy

+ Enza the receptionst was very helpful and nice and also available for questions through sms + Nice three bed room on the 4th floor with a huge but shared balcony and a lovely view over the area + Italian breakfast in the room and coffee machine and water cooker in the corridor right infront of the room + Very neat and clean + Shared bathroom that I had for my self since there weren't many guests due to the covid mesurements + Great value for money and excelent location close to the Teatro Politeama Garibaldi

- The light in the corridor switched off too quickly. If the room door or the toilt light was not on it was completely dark even at day light. Whilest preparing coffee and tea I needed several tims to switch the light back on. - The locks of the 2 entrance doors of the buildig and the floor's door are pretty capricious. Several attempts are needed to get it open if unfamiliar with this type of key and lock. Best, you try it whilest Enza is still there to assist you if need be. I had to learn my lesson alone at night fighting my way through it :D

Location, even if it had shared bathroom we did not have to wait long. Altough people dislike the breakfast I can not say that it was nothing bad since again Italians like sweet ready made stuff in the morning (lived in Italy for 6 months so I hope I know a thing or two). we stayed for two nights and stayed in the balcony, watched a movie from laptop and enjoyed Palermo! I would visit again, altough I have to mention that I am a heavy sleeper so I did not hear people through the door (yes, they are quite thin).

Walls were a bit too thin, but nothing too terrible

staff was very friendly.Also, everywhere was very clean and everything smelled nice.The price was great.Coffee, tea were free.The location of the accommodation also great next the square.I would rate 10 points out of 10 for that but was there also negative things!!

The toilets were shared for room number 1,2,3,5. One toilet and one shower. Someone of the guests took the key and locked the toilet. We were without access to the toilet all afternoon and night till next day. Comic and tragic situation when you have to go to the toilet and you have no place and you have to go to the toilet to a nearby restaurant or Mc Donald. I would rate this " 0 "point and I recomand fix kyes on door with small chain for the future.

Place is kept super clean by staff and run extremely well by Salvatore who was extra helpful in making my stay comfortable and friendly….. Iliked Alba Central and Palermo so much that I extended another week….. and if ever back in Palermo will come back here. Also the food options nearby were excellent and very reasonable.

The breakfast and the welcome things in the fridge were all included in the price, no hidden costs. The place had air-conditioning, the balcony had a wonderful view and the receptionist was very helpful. I must say also that the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I had slept on in these rented properties. All in all would definitely stay here again.

The smell of the room (nice smell) was a little strong for me but airing it out helped a bit. We rented the room that had a bathroom shared with another room and that bathroom was quite chilly in the evening, it didn't bother me much tho.

Breakfast....not good quality...also self service in the corridor...if you are preparing your breakfast you are blocking the corridor for others.....the breakfast is supermarket bulk buy...and not sicilian !!...either ask more money and give good breakfast ..or less money and no breakfast....

It’s very nice and comfortable room in a great location, with sweet balcony and nice view of the Palermo streets. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

The bathroom is not in the room, one bathroom is for three rooms… It is a bad side. But it was still clean and ok for shower time.

The location was amazing. There is lots to see and easy to get around from this location. The room was large and well decorated. The host was professional and very kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again
