The property is stunning, the breakfast room, our room and even the bathroom, everything is beautifully designed. The ceilings are amazing. It was super clean and cleaned daily. As for the breakfast, which is always important for us, you get a link where you can pre-order your food the day before. You can choose between sweet sicilian treats (cannoli, cassata, cake, croissants), pancakes, waffles (not homemade) or eggs, omelette, toast with ham and cheese. You can also choose your coffee. Then, Andrea serves everything to your table. Besides this, there’s a buffet with cold cuts, buns, some small sandwiches or other, butter, parmigiana cheese snacks, jams, Nutella, yoghurt, granola, nuts, cereal and different juices. Some cookies are available too. It really is spectacular as for Italian standards ;) The location is a bit far from the historic center (about 10 minutes through a busy road) but it’s safe and even looks kind of posh. There’s a big supermarket Familia around the corner. We could leave our baggage after check out and we really appreciated it.

We drink a lot of coffee in the morning so I would rather have a machine available and be able to make it myself. The minibar in the room is not free and kind of pricey. No free water in the room. Rooms lack natural sunlight but it’s not an issue if you only sleep there.

The casa mo room and suite was absolutely amazing and out of this world, Andrea was more than accommodating and the continental breakfast was very nice, this was ordered by email which was great, the location is in brilliant area of Palermo roughly 300m to the town 600m to the old town, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy they also have air conditioning which was glorious after baking in the Sicilian sun, I would highly recommend the casa mo room and suite with a wonderful hostess 5 star, many thanks

This was a lovely place to stay slightly outside the main city centre in a quiet street of handsome buildings. The property formed a floor of an apparent block with a lift and very good security. The room itself was beautiful with all the facilities you could need. The bathroom was excellent. We received a warm welcome and Andrea who was always available in the morning with useful advice and offers of help.

The trees in the street had recently been pruned so the outlook was less green - but this was hardly their fault!

One of the loveliest B&Bs I've stayed in, with original decorated ceilings and flooring and (I think!) Murano chandeliers. Casa Mo' is located in a smart and safe district of Palermo but within easy reach of the bustling hotspots. Our rooms were stylish and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and our host, Andrea, was friendly and helpful. The location is handy for buses to the station and airport. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casa Mo'.

Location was perfect for us - a real neigborhood, many cafe, bakeries, nice big supermarket nearby, walking distance to the main shoping street. The building has historic vibe. The appartment was quiet and the bed comfortable. The adress is outside the trafic resrtiction zone ( ZTL) and can be reached easily with car. Double check the route, though, as our own car navigation kept recomending streets in ztl.

I really liked the building, the furnishings, the cleanliness and the harmony that could be felt. in the evening when we returned there was always a lamp lit in the entrance lounge and a good scent that made you feel relaxed.

The bathroom was outside the room and without the possibility of closing it from the outside, I would have preferred to be able to close it given that there were also other guests in the structure

The place is absolutely impeccable and such great value for money. Surrounding area is full of local cafes and bars, and you can easily walk to most of the major sights in 10-15 minutes. The airport bus is also a 5-minute walk away. Really can’t recommend enough!

The only downside is that the bathrooms aren’t en suites, but they are private and directly opposite the hall from each room so it wasn’t a big deal at all- maybe just pack slippers :)

Everything is above expectations. The room is small but it even has a little fridge with some free beverages. The beds are quite ok. Pillows are really comfy. The bed sheets are white so are the towels and the robes which looks professional. The bathroom is very clean, modern and again, fully equipped with shampoos, gel, slippers, etc. Breakfasts are very tasty, Andrea makes all the hot dishes as you come (omelette, coffee, boiled eggs). In general the owner is an extremely nice and helpful person. He guided us via whatsapp from the airport and he always makes sure the guests have all they need. The place is very central and well connected. I highly recommend this place.

Noise from the street.

-Easy location access with airport bus (stop is a few blocks from Casa Mo) -The host, Andrea, is extremely attentive and professional - he speaks ENGLISH well -the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, nothing to complain about -Comfortable bed and great working AC unit -Nicely served breakfast with options for everyone -Wifi worked very well -The bathroom is across the hallway, but was private to our room - being a small hotel, we never ran with other guests when crossing the hallway -Private ambience, tranquil

Nothing negative to say!

The area is very safe and residential. Easy flexible check-in. The room looked stunning with high frescoed ceilings, extremely spacious with modern fittings. I would definitely go back again next time I visit Palermo.

Nothing really. It was all good. People who are used to eat a lot for breakfast could be disappointed as it is italian style, but this is part of the experience! TV was not working well but this was such a minor issue for me that I didn't even raise it with staff.
