The hotel room was quite nice but less spacious than in pictures. Hotel is really close to the city centre. Very nice staff. Good breakfast with a wide variety of products. The reception staff was in touch with me the whole time and very helpful with our requests. First room we had smelled of mould and there was a big patch of mould on the bathroom ceiling, they were however very nice and changed the room once we told them.

The mouldy bathroom, after taking a shower, there were pieces of ceiling falling down on the floor. They advertise a lot of in room treats, like biscuits, tea and coffee. They all need to be paid for, despite tea and coffee being free in most of the hotels we've ever been. That was quite disappointing, especially to pay 1-2 euros for a bag of tea. In the morning it can be quite noisy as in front of the hotel, there is a market. Also if you have a light sleep you will hear the church bells from the nearby cathedral.

The hotel was very stylish with great views from our balconies. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The dining area was in a really nice courtyard (we had breakfast only) and we used the small plunge pool and sunbeds to cool off / relax after a busy day's sightseeing. The hotel was in a great location - less than 5 mins from one of the main pedestrian streets with numerous bars and restaurants and also the open air street market; and close (easy walking distance) to the historical attractions and the port/marina.

There was nothing that could have been better.

A lovely designed, unique boutique hotel. Terrific secluded location in the heart of the Capo Market, convenient to walk to everything. Our room on the third floor was small, but clean and modern with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with rain shower, and a spacious balcony with a jacuzzi. We enjoyed breakfasts and aperitifs in the lovely garden. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Beautiful hotel near centre of Palermo and very close to the stunning theatre for the opera. Excellent breakfast and staff lovely and helpful. Rooms great size and comfortable. Restaurant on site with quality food and great service. Really easy to get train from airport to Palermo and walk from station to hotel

Small jaccuzi/pool not really in use because of dining around it- perhaps a bit early in the season. Otherwise would definitely book again as no issues with room, food or staff and only 20 minute walk from station

Good continental breakfast. Convenient for central Palermo and its sights. Nice courtyard with large Jacuzzi (didn't use it, however). Modern decor and a relaxed atmosphere. Good restaurant attached to hotel.

The staff were individually helpful, but it was difficult to find who was the "manager" so sometimes requests were duplicated or contradicted. Nothing serious in this way,however. Our room was on a floor that did not have direct access by lift so we had to walk up a metal and concrete stairway which was a bit awkward for me as my mobility isn't great.

Perfect location , the shower and bathroom facilities are very good. Breakfast is full of sweet options , super fresh. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful ( they all speak English) . The hotel is situated on the heart of the Capo Market , a few blocks away from the restaurants and bars.

we loved everything, the only thing I would like to mention is that on the last night we stayed on a room on the first floor next to the elevator and it was a little bit noisy , compared to second floor rooms. Be aware in case you're a light sleeper.

Great location to visit Palermo. The hotel was decorated very nicely. The on-site restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. The size of the room was decent especially for a boutique hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The room itself seemed clean - the bathroom, the floors, the fridge, etc. However, each day we found a new stain on the bedding.

Great location right in the middle of all the amazing sights. Lovely oasis of calm in the forecourt. Clean & modern. Fabulous breakfast & dinner. Staff incredibly friendly & helpful. Lovely lounge area with TV, desk top etc.

Our room faced onto the street which became very noisy early morning, despite the soundproofing. For us, the bed & pillows were a little too firm. The "swimming pool" is a large jacuzzi style plunge pool. Would loved to have got in it after a day walking around the city streets, but did not feel comfortable doing so.

Beautifully presented hotel, very stylish. All staff were extremely courteous, full of recommendations and so knowledgable about places to go. Food was delicious and hotel a stroll to lots of amazing gorgeousness.

Bathroom lights. As a woman over 50, I don’t do dim lighting right above my head very well. stronger lights actually around the mirror would be much flattering. I had to drink lots of wine to support me 😁

Very nice home in the center of Palermo! Beautifully and tastefully furnished and clean rooms, nice amenities, good breakfast. I loved my balcony, even though the calm! street tends to be very loud in the mornings.

Not enough and not very servile staff in the courtyard for Breakfast, reception very helpful instead.
